The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (14) of guests: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs.

THE Funhouse is in one of the very best locations, just off the `Golden Mile` Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire home. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

Check in is after _4pm local time, and check out is _11am. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the city. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
