4BR Beach House - Lagoon Style Pool - Comfortably Sleeps 10

Your perfect Emerald Coast getaway! Sea Glass Cottage is perfectly nestled in the gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach in Destin, Florida. It features 2 Master Suites and 2 additional guest rooms which comfortably sleep 10 people. The lagoon style pool is the perfect way to cool off after a relaxing day at the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches, which are a short walk or ride in the provided shuttle!

THE SPACE
Sea Glass Cottage resides in the heart of Destin, walking distance to many great amenities including, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, and the stunning white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The incredible gated neighborhood hosts a zero-entry lagoon style pool with a hot tub. There are 2 covered porches and a private driveway. Every room in the house has a TV with complimentary YoutubeTV plus the ability to access your favorite streaming services. Additionally, high speed internet is provided.

MAIN LEVEL:
Guests will arrive and be welcomed by a beautiful paver driveway and covered front porches with a small seating area and private grill. As you enter the home, you're immediately greeted by an open floor plan that provides plenty of space to comfortably host your entire family. The first floor features a living room and dining area as well as an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped. Additionally, you will find the first of 2 Master Suites with a King sized bed and large attached Master Bathroom with standup shower and soaking tub. Lastly, there is a half bath and extra closet space for your convenience.

SECOND LEVEL:
As you proceed upstairs, you will be greeted with a spacious secondary living room which has a Queen sleeper sofa and access to the second level patio. You will find both Guest Bedrooms, which share a full bathroom as well as the second Master suite which contains it's own attached bathroom.

NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES:
Across the street from the house is a relaxing 33,000 square feet lagoon style pool that's perfect to cool off in. The resort-style pool area features grills, lounge chairs, bathrooms, a hot tub, and waterfalls.

3 blocks south of the house are the famous crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. It's roughly a 5-10 minute walk or a 2 minute ride from the neighborhood shuttle (operates 1 Mar - 15 Apr and Memorial Day - end of October).

GUEST ACCESS
Parking is limited to 2, possibly 3, vehicles in the driveway (2 vehicles fit easily, 3 smaller cars could fit). There is overflow parking at the pool and across the street from the community but is limited to first-come-first-serve so please plan your driving accommodations accordingly. No parking in the street is allowed per city ordnance, if caught parking in the street you may be fined or towed at owners expense.

Gate codes and housing codes will be provided to the guest upon confirmed bookings.
We have a Ring doorbell system on the front patio that is monitored for the security of our exterior premises.

**TRASH DAYS ARE TUESDAY AND FRIDAY, PLEASE PUT TRASH BINS OUT ON THE CURB ON THESE DAYS**

CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
We kindly ask for guests to run a load of the beach towels you have used during your stay. If you would please run a load the night before you check out and switch them to the dryer before you leave the morning. This is a huge help to our cleaners!
Additionally, please load and run dishwasher with any dirty dishes prior to departure.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We would love to host extended stay guests (greater than 1 week) at discounted rates. Please inquire if interested and we'd be happy to help.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. If we observe guests smoking on the exterior cameras, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the remainder of your trip.
