Magníficos colores acentúan las paredes, y los pisos de baldosas hacen que llevar su equipo de playa sea mucho más fácil. La amplia sala de estar ofrece un área de entretenimiento perfecta, ya que se abre directamente a un comedor de granito con capacidad para 6 personas adicionales y taburetes que suben al bar. También encontrará puertas dobles que conducen al gran patio exterior totalmente amueblado. La cocina totalmente equipada es perfecta para una gran reunión, ya que los nuevos electrodomésticos harán que cocinar para toda la fiesta sea muy fácil. ¡Hay un amplio espacio en el mostrador para todas las deliciosas comidas que creará!

Great place, close to the beach

Great property, close to the beach. Nice pool and tennis courts. Golf cart was very convenient. Enjoyed our week!

The location was great. The house was not cleaned upon check in and had to be swept. It took the property manager and hour to sweep even though we paid 75 for early check-in.I’ve never had to pay for 2 hour early check in!The kitchen wasn’t very functional. No cabinet handles on doors or drawers. Glasses were in a lower cupboard and hard to access. We too th out and set them on the counter! Plates were in a drawer that was heavy. Again, no way to pull out drawer!The furniture was too big for the dining area.The living area didn’t have enough seating for 6 people. The patio wasn’t swept, the cushions were dirty and the settee had no cushions at all. View from patio was a fire hydrant and a pile of fencing. Bicycles were rusty and two out of three were functional. (No locks on bikes BTW)It was a lovely home that could be made top notch. Needs some TLC and some landscaping in the back.

Quiet community. Close to beach. Second floor balcony can not be used. Wish someone would have told us that Pryor to staying. Could not get hot water in the second floor suite. Property management offered to come by to help us with it but we missed them because we were away from the house. The property management was very helpful with questions and concerns we had

The house was perfect for our family. Great size for multiple couples, our adult children and their kids, our grands. The house had everything we needed. Only 2 complaints… the dryer doesn’t work well. Took multiple tries to turn it on. And one other recommendation for the property managers. It would be nice to have a garden hose attached to the spigots outside for people to rinse off after the beach. Overall, the place was perfect and we will be back! Thank you!

Great House, But Misleading Beach Access and Sleep Disruptions

We really enjoyed the house overall—it was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests.First, the bunk beds in the upstairs room are extremely squeaky. Even the slightest movement caused loud creaking, which made it very difficult to sleep—especially for light sleepers. It was disruptive enough that we ended up having the kids sleep on the couch instead. This definitely needs attention.Second, the beach access is not as advertised. While it’s technically beachfront, the accessible area for Terra Cotta guests is only about 50 feet wide. The beach to the left and right is private, and rental umbrellas occupy almost all of the available beachfront in front of the property. The section to the right is even patrolled by security, so we found ourselves pushed far back from the water and surrounded by other beachgoers. It felt misleading and was a big letdown.Lastly, the pool access code did not work, so we had to rely on codes from other guests in the area to get in. This should be corrected to avoid inconvenience.We hope these issues are addressed because the property has a lot of potential.

Not exactly what we imagined

First, let me say that my family rents large homes every year twice a year and this is the first time I feel the need to leave a bad review because the photos and description was a little misleading. I feel bad for leaving a bad review but I feel that this review should help property managers to fix some of the issues. The couches had horrible stains, one was completely broken when we pulled the bed out. The living rooms were super small. Our family did not fit in them. We had 12 people and the couches only sat 5 people. The table was only for 8 people so some of us had to eat standing up. Parking was only for 2 cars and we had 3 vehicles. code compliance was called on us by a neighbor because one of our vehicles was sticking out. The walk to the beach was long. We had to made the additional expense of renting a golf cart because the reviews said they had a golf cart and my dad is disabled so we had to get a golf cart to transport him back and forth. The upstairs shower was constantly getting clogged and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned. The coffee pot had a hole in it and we made 10 cups of coffee and it spilled all over the kitchen, we also made spaghetti and when we were transferring the noodles to the strainer, the pot handle broke and all of our noodles spilled onto the floor. Keri accommodated us by providing 10 excursion tickets, they brought US a new coffee pot and new pots and pans and we appreciate that. We just don’t want anyone to be misled by the listing.

Great space and location for our group!

This property is beautifully updated and had the perfect amount of space for our group. The check in process was seamless. The golf cart allowed us to easily carry items to the beach. This is a great location with walking distance to restaurants as well. The only downside I can mention is the limited space allowed for all Terra Cotta guests on the private access beach. A section of only 20-25 feet is allowed for all guests in the Terra Cotta neighborhood. Our group along with others were asked to leave because we were outside of this small allotted section even though the rest of the beach had lots of empty space. So, I would recommend opting for the public beach area a mile away rather than relying on there being enough room in the Terra Cotta section on the private beach during peak hours. Other than this small hiccup, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving Vacay

I was very well pleased with this property. When we arrived, the house had been renovated with beautiful upgraded decor, furniture and it was very clean. The house was excellent for my party of 14. We had a blast and the beach was a nice short walk away. I will definitely rent this place again. I want to give a big shout-out to Lisa, The property Manager for her Kindness.
