Amazing Glamorous Bungalow 1 block to the beach. Newly renovated with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Walk in large shower with LED lights, ceiling rain shower, wall shower head, hand held and seat. in unit Washer and Dryer. 70" HD tv with apple TV in living room. King size bed with 60" HD tv in bedroom with electric fireplace, ceiling fan and black out drapes. Large couch with chaise in living room and beautiful arched doors to the patio and courtyard area. Trees and flowers line the courtyard area with privacy from the street so you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or just work outside on your patio with nature all around. It is just over 1 block to the ocean and sand. Four blocks to Venice Pier and all that Washington street has to offer. There are coffee shops, ice cream shops, convenience stores, bike rentals, restaurants and bars . Shop the boardwalk for cool finds made by local artists at booths that line the boardwalk. and watch the street performers along the way. Walk to golds gym or bike to Santa Monica pier. Walk to Abbott Kinney which has tons of the best trendy stores and clothing shops. Just about anything you want you will find there. Take a drive to Malibu to see the most beautiful views and surf the waters. LA hiking, water sports and boating. Anything and everything you could imagine you can get locally here. I am a wife, mother and grandmother who moved from Chicago and started this rental business on accident. I was still living in Chicago and working on fixing up some of the units up a little when i first bought the building and a unit came empty and I decided to make it mine so I would spend less time staying in hotels. Then it was empty too much as I would be back and forth in Chicago. So I decided to rent through local ads and a local realtor. The rest is history. Still love doing it and meeting so many wonderful people from all over the world.

This property is almost 100 years old being built in 1924. It was completely renovated on the outside in 2018 and inside units one at a time since 2019 up to 2022. It is amazing with the best vibes and natural landscape. One block to the beach and one house to the Venice canals.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
I fell in love with this building when I saw the original arched doors that two of the units had. They are what drew me to the building. Even though the whole building was remodeled with all new doors and windows those doors were kept and will be forever. It has so much character and charm from back then which I tried to keep throughout the renovations.
