Newly Renovated Ocean View Two-Story Condo - perfect for couples and families

Come relax and enjoy yourself at this two-story beach retreat. This modern 2 bed 2 bath condo sits just steps from the beach. It sits on the 2nd & 3rd floor: the 2nd level has a comfy living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, balcony, full bath & a workstation with a monitor. The 3rd level has 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bath, & BONUS in-unit laundry. The first floor flooring, kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled. The building has a community pool & kiddie/ soaking pool. The private beach is a short walk down a flight of steps from the pool deck.

This is a great location with plenty of space. The drive-on beach is located a few short minutes north and Bethune beach is located just to the south. You may get lucky enough to see a launch out of Cap Canaveral from the condo like we have! All of the great attractions in New Smyrna are just minutes away from the condo! Other things to note:
- Property exterior monitored by security camera.
- No more than 6 guests TOTAL. If you go over 6 people, you will forfeit your safety deposit and/ or owe additional fees.
- Sorry, we do not accept pets.
- No smoking on property. This is a Non Smoking home. If you smoke, please do so outside of the house and place buts in ash cans. Do not toss on the grass. Smoking inside the condo is absolutely prohibited and we charge a penalty of $400 if a guest smoke inside the condo.
- No parties or gatherings. Anyone not on the reservation must receive written consent from hosts before entering.

Great place

The condo was great, perfect for our family. The pool and kiddie pool were so nice, especially with a toddler. So much to do in the area or you can just enjoy the pools and beach. Will definitely be back.

A nice location!

My parents and I enjoyed our stay, and found everything we needed on the property. The laundry area was a great perk! Great location to get around from.

Beach Getaway

Perfect location for our family to enjoy beach time. Not too much beach traffic! The condo was perfectly appointed for us to move right in and enjoy the week.

Ladies Beach Week

The condo is very nice. Large bedrooms, kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, livingroom will hold all 6 comfortably. The pool is heated to just the right temperature. Management is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. Thanks Delaney for a great trip, Marie

Perfect Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this Surfside Condo. It is very clean, and well stocked, with an inviting decor. Check in was easy. The pool is warm and inviting. The beach was great for sunning and body surfing. We were able to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach.

Family Spring Break Getaway

This is our second time renting this unit and we’ll likely be back. We like how much quieter the beach is here compared to further up beach and the pool is great too. We had a 3 year old last time, and this time had a 5 and 1 year old and it was good for us.

I am a cook and the kitchen didn’t have the supplies needed to do what I wanted to do.There is no view of the ocean.Otherwise, this was a great unit. When it comes down to it, there is no place better than Surfside and NSB!

Charming, clean, and steps from the beach—perfect stay!

We spent a week at this condo in June and absolutely loved it! Super clean, well-stocked, and full of cute coastal charm. The full-sized washer and dryer were a major bonus (especially after sandy days), and the kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals.The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The beach here is beautiful, and the owners thought of everything: beach towels, chairs, and even a few extras to make your seaside time easy and fun.Best of all, the owner was incredibly responsive—friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience even smoother.We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Would definitely come back and stay again—highly recommend!

Surfside

We had a great time. Condo was clean and well equipped. Couch was only issue. Feathers kept sticking out of the cushions. Other that that we had a very enjoyable stay and would rent again.

Nice location, good communication

Overall, we really liked the property. It is spacious and has a good kitchen. Maybe we didn’t read the listing clearly, but we were under the impression the unit itself was on the oceanfront. Although the complex is on the oceanfront, the unit is set back a good amount and you can’t really see the water from the unit so to be aware of. Communication with the property owner was very good, she gets back to you very quickly We would definitely consider staying there again

We chose this neighborhood because it is located on the beach side of New Smyrna. We are far enough from the drive on beach, that it is relatively quiet and peaceful. The beach has plenty of room to spread out and make your own space.

We are on the beach front and so there is no need to cross the busy street to make your way over to the beach. The condo is conveniently located so you can go to and from the unit to the pool/ beach with ease. We have taken care to provide all of the comforts from home to give you the best experience possible.
