New Smyrna Beach Condo

We had a great stay and our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was very nice. It was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. Brian was very proactive with providing updates on checkin and any questions we had. I can highly recommend this property

2nd Stay

This is a great condo and host. This was our 2nd stay and we were not disappointed. It’s a very quiet area and everything is convenient. We definitely overpacked for the trip. The host provides beach chairs and the kitchen and home is stocked with all the essentials.

I love this condo! We have stayed here many times and its perfect for me and my family. Brian is awesome and answers my questions quickly. I really can't say enough good things about this condo. We are already booked for next year!!!

Excellent accommodations

Condo was clean and cozy. Pool was relaxing and the access to the beach is just a few steps away. Overall experience was excellent and would love to stay again!

Relaxing beach vacation

Brian’s place was a perfect place for a relaxing New Smyrna beach vacation. The condo is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Brian was quick to respond to any questions. I would certainly recommend this condo.

Family vacation

My family has visited NSB for 25+ years and have always stayed in this complex. It’s a great location, quiet, and easy. The condo was just as described in the listing. The owner is available for any issues or questions.

Great stay!

This condo comfortably fit my family of five and my mother. Well stocked kitchen and pantry with all necessities. Plenty of towels and other linens. Very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Brian was quick to respond and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Beach Escape

We were so comfortable in this condo. The furnishings and appliances were excellent. It had many features that you don't typically get in a rental. Ice maker that works, high quality beach chairs, good water pressure showers, comfortable couches and chairs, and master bedroom to die for. We enjoyed the pool deck with fantastic ocean views. Great location for walks on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyable week!

Great location for a week stay in NSB

We come to NSB every year and have stayed at various condos off of Saxon Dr and the no-drive portion of the beach. I’d give the owner 12 out of 10 on communication. Brian was quick to reach out to ensure check-in went smoothly and was quick to help on a minor issue with the wash cloths not being left behind by the cleaners. The unit was clean, all of the beds comfortable, and all the TVs worked. There isn’t much of a view of the beach but the pool and beach are within a stone throw. We had a great time during our week and the condo was very well stocked for anything needed.

Brian is an awesome host condo was great!

I've been staying at Surfside for about 15 yrs for our fun beach time (we live in Orlando). I haven't stayed in Brians condo till this year. Great choice!! It has everything you need. Plenty of sleeping space. Plenty of couches and chairs to watch TV and hang out. It is one of the better condos at Surfside. Brian is super accommodating and responds quickly. Not that there were in any issues. I and questions, as always. Would difinitely stay at his condo again.

Great place to stay in New Smyrna

My kids (10, 8) stayed here at the end of December and into the new year 2024. The condo has an excellent layout: two bedrooms, master with a king size bed and another with three twins. It was perfect for the three of us. Two full bathrooms are nice, and the one downstairs is super convenient and modernized. We ended up using that one most often because it is right inside the door. The kitchen was well equipped. I used it every day I was there! It is a 90 second walk to the beach: head out the door, down the stairs, around the condo wing, and you're at the seawall. I had my coffee just about every morning while taking a stroll. Brian was very responsive, and we had no problems with check-in or check-out. The condo association asks guests to have a parking pass, but apparently forgot to place one for us to pick up. Brian took care of it transparently, and one just appeared a few days later. Overall a wonderful vacation and a great place to stay!

Great Stay

The condo was exactly as described and depicted. The condo amenities were great. The owner was very accessible and easy to work with. He answered questions immediately. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of supplies like trash bags, tin foil, sandwich bags, etc. We would definitely consider staying at the condo in the future.

a happy family holiday experience

the property is locate on the beach, you can walk on the beach, observe the tide on/off, watch the seabirds fly and wandering /rest on the beach, especially one day the owner-Brain texted me "there is a rocket launch today...", so, we watched the SpaceX launching on the beach, fantastic!!! actually, that's an extra bonus and a totally unordinary experience ! there are serval characterical restaraunts near by, we tried the alligator first time, and a special authentic itiallian delicious...it's a beatiful community and nice neighbrhoods, very convenience, drive 6 mins there is a Publix, you can choose every grocery you want, 16 mins there is a Golf course, Surfing, just out of your front gate down the stair...i like here and definitly back here next vacation and highly recommend folks chose here enjoy your family holiday! because Brain is the best owner you will face...

We came here for a family reunions and the owner was super responsive about any questions or concerns that we had the property was clean we had everything there that we needed as far as cooking there were plenty of pots and pans dishwasher the beds were comfortable overall it was an excellent choice

Relaxing and fun

We had a great stay at the property. The condo was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed the complex. It was not busy around the pool or condo area and was a quiet relaxing place to stay. The condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach.

NSB Condo Rental

We were able to find this condo at the last minute for a really good price and we are glad we did! It provided a great place to stay and was just what we needed to get away. Brian was great and made sure to contact me the day of check in to let me know he was available should we need him, but it was a pretty seamless stay. Check out requests are at a minimum!
