Our oceanfront in Pelican Key/Simpson Bay, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa is a short walk to great shops, restaurants, casinos, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife on the Dutch side of the island. This spacious 2200 sq. ft home with a 450 sq. ft private deck overlooking the ocean was completely renovated in 2022. Everything is new from the flooring to the furniture, appliances, and decor. Enjoy pool access, parking, and an unobstructed ocean view. Enjoy a full, modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with a sleeper sofa/couch and multiple A/C units. Prices vary depending on season.

The villa is absolutely fantastic. Sylma was there to meet and greet. The ocean views and sounds of the waves are so relaxing. We loved the pool and the neighbours were so friendly. This year we even knew how all the technology worked. We had a wonderful week.

A little slice of heaven

I have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this place is the best I have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything that you could possibly need. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning. We sat out there every morning and evening listening to the waves. The pool is a short distance from the house and we were the only ones there when we came back from the beach. The location is perfect and central to almost anywhere you want to go on the island. Communication was great and made our vacation stress free. I would recommend Michelle and Luis' place to anyone and hope to return again next year!

Absolutely Amazing Villa!

This property was absolutely amazing in so many ways! This villa was so beautiful inside with stunning views off of the large deck! When we arrived, we found the Villa to be so pristine clean and found everything that you would ever need and more to be comfortable in this lovely Villa! We highly recommend this Villa!Also, I want to add that Sylma the property manager was an absolute angel in regard to our arrival situation! Thank you, Michelle and Luis in making our vacation a fabulous one!

Awesome stay!

We were wowed by the view from the deck, where we spent much of our time. The house was spotless, and decor very tasteful. Everything we needed was there, including laundry facilities. The communal pool, just steps away from the house, was nicely laid out and clean. A good choice of restaurants were a short drive away. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely villa, and hope to be able return next year.

Fabulous!

Words and pictures can’t begin to describe the beautiful, relaxing view from this villa! Everything about our stay was perfect. The villa is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were torn between visiting the beaches or just enjoying the beautiful gardens, the pool and the sound of the waves at this property!Michelle and the property manager couldn’t have been nicer and the entire rental process was seamless.There is no doubt that we will return in the hopefully near future.Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Coral Shore villa paradise

The property and setting are spectacular. We stayed for 2 weeks and wished we had booked for longer. The villa is modern, clean and well furnished. The setting could not have been better, with the ocean lapping at the rocks just in front of the balcony. The condo complex is like a botanical garden and very well maintained. If you grow tired of the beautiful beaches in St. Maarten, the property has a great ocean side pool. An amazing property, thanks Michelle and Luis.Ian & Gisele.

Vacation in Paradise

From beautiful landscaping, to steady breezes, to soothing waves, this place had everything you could want. Recently renovated in a small condominium association with a wonderful pool, the home had everything you need. Many locations could be reached on foot (if you are ambitious) including beaches and restaurants around Simpson Bay. The local manager, Sylma was reachable, responsive and responsible. We have nothing but good things to say.

Paradise!

Yes, this is Paradise. Step through the front door and you have a full view of the ocean. The open concept villa is fully updated with the latest appliances and features for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. There is new furniture throughout and a comfortable, spacious deck where we spent most of our time. The association pool is just a few steps away and was never crowded. Any questions or concerns are immediately addressed by Sylma who is an absolute delight. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. Thank you Luis, Michelle & Sylma!

Perfect place to stay in Saint Martin!!

This home is a must! Beautiful! We absolutely loved getting up in the morning, drinking our coffee while sitting on the deck watching the cruise ships, sailboats and the sunset's! The pool area was beautiful, but we spent most of our time going to the beaches! We preferred not to have the stress of driving and love to walk. We could easily walk to a couple beaches, to a small convenience store and some very good restaurants. When we needed a taxi,we had Edwin and his son Paul 1721 553-2158 to Taxi us. They were wonderful! Never had to wait for them. Always there when we needed them! Michelle, the owner was wonderful. Gave us lots of information, Sylma who helped us at the condo was wonderful. Always answered our phone calls when we needed information! Would love to go back! Beautiful home and beautiful island!! You would not regret in this beautiful home!

Don't hesitate to book this property!

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at Michelle & Luis's property. The complex grounds (common pool & palapas) are beautifully landscaped & right on the gorgeous water. The complex is quiet and most of the time we were the only people using the pool. Then there is the villa itself - WOW! The villa has been completely remodeled and it's really stunning. The villa is spacious, well stocked, and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. And then there's the DECK....we literally gasped when we walked on the deck and saw the views and the colors in the water. I would rent the villa again for the deck & the views alone, but the rest of the villa was very pretty. The deck was the show-stopper! We spent every morning on the deck drinking coffee and enjoying the views. The sunsets were beautiful & we even got to see a couple of rainbows. It was nice to have parking directly in front of the villa, too. Sylma, the property manager, is lovely and very helpful. She had a bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers waiting for us, which was a nice surprise at the end of a long travel day. Michelle was communicative and we appreciated the detailed rental manual with thorough information and helpful recommendations. Both Sylma and Michelle checked on us throughout our stay. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect

The pictures look lovely and yet, do not come close to doing this property justice. I do not review often but felt I needed to in this case. Firstly, the process of securing this property and the communication both beforehand and afterward was all we could want. The information provided by way of email and also waiting for us upon our arrival was very much appreciated and made our experience stress free. Sylma was waiting for us as we arrived to help guide us into the unit which is located in a small development. Our flight was late by an hour and yet, she still awaited our arrival to help us out. Very much appreciated!! As for the unit itself: The unit is beautiful and had clearly been renovated and decorated with a designers eye. It feels like home immediately and the view from the terrace is otherworldly. That’s the showstopper and where you will spend as much time as possible. Coffee in the morning watching the plethora of vessels meandering back & forth atop the many shades of blue/turquoise water was a fantastic daily ritual to start our days. And in the evening, the sunsets were spectacular over a glass of our favourite beverage. The unit comes equipped with as much as you could want. Cutlery, dinnerware, blender, coffee maker, towels, beach chairs, masks & snorkels, beach umbrellas, cooler bags, and more. We laughed that this place had as much as our home and maybe more. The location was close to restaurants and shops and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you!

Spectacular

You will rent this place for the ocean view and spacious balcony and you’ll stay for the newly upgraded, modern villa. Pictures just can’t capture how tastefully decorated it is. Every effort was made to ensure we had all the amenities needed to make it feel like home. The crashing waves heard from the master bedroom and tree frogs from the second bedroom will lull you to sleep in the very comfortable beds. The two bathrooms are stocked with everything one would need including hair dryer, soap, and extra toiletries. The living room has a large flat screen tv (if you’re so inclined), board games and stationary to name a few. Finally the kitchen includes high end appliances and every kitchen tool one could possibly need to make a meal. The sunsets were spectacular and the afternoon swims at the Estate pool made every day special. We were greeted every morning by a rainbow as we sipped our coffee (either drip or Keurig) on the balcony as we watched cruise ships, planes and yachts go by. Sylma, the property manager, was a delight to deal with and communication with the owners was always very fast and easy. Michelle and Luis also provide a very detailed welcome kit with everything one would need to know about the villa. It also included great recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. We were honoured to be the first guests to stay since the extensive renovation completed to the villa just a few months ago. This villa is a must if you’re staying in St-Martin.

We loved St. Maarten from the first time we set foot on it. My husband and I now have our first property and can't wait to share it with you! We adore this place and we know you will too. The location is great - easy access to just about anything - and the sunsets are just perfect on our open deck with unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea.
We are new to VBRO in 2022 so you will not find reviews yet for this amazing place even though it was rented on VRBO for many years prior to its total renovation.

You will have everything you need for an amazing vacation, close to restaurants, beach, shopping, etc. If you enjoy a little privacy this is your spot. We are at the end of the street, no traffic, quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pool with palapas and chairs is just steps away.

Very large patio/deck with chairs and completely unobstructed view of the sea. Open and airy space, close to everything on the island. Newly renovated and immaculate.
