Great location, easy walking distance to Brennecke & Poipu beach. Beautiful view of Ocean & evening sunsets from pool, covered patio & majority of main floor living area. We enjoyed the pool & walking proximity to many Poipu area amenities.

The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The outside area is beautiful, with amazing views and sunsets. The master bedroom is spacious with a nice en-suite bathroom. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is very nice and comfortable. One thing that was not included in the description of the house is that the third bedroom is not accessible from inside the house. The entrance is outside on the lower level next to the pool. You would not be able to have young children in this room which could be problematic to some families. I suggest that this is carefully worded in the description of the house. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house to our friends.

Golden Poipu Sunsets

We stayed at this beautiful home with two other couple and had a wonderful time. Location is a super easy walk to the beach and convenient access via car to local shopping.

We loved our stay in Kauai. This house's view was phenomenal. Beautiful sunsets every night. Close to a lot of beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Paradise

We usually rent homes on Maui, but decided to go to Kauai this year, we were certainly not disappointed. The house was lovely. It was clean, spacious enough for everyone to have their space. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. We enjoy cooking so it was great being able to visit local markets and farmers markets for ingredients for our meals. We ate every meal on the lanai watching sunrises and sunsets.. The pool was wonderful as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views and sunsets are stunning. It is close to the beach for easy access and the Athletic club was a ton of fun for the kids. They had nice compliment of beach chairs and fins that we used. The management company supplied a packnplay and high chair and gates for us. My only complaints would be that the umbrellas and boogie boards were all broken in some way, but we managed to still use them. Also the lower level room was a bit musty smelling initially. But overall, we would recommend this place. Incredible views on a beautiful island.

Family Trip

The view is amazing! (the pictures don’t do it justice). The property is very clean and the check in / out process was easy. I would downgrade it a little bit as there are no kitchen staples except for some small salt/pepper shakers. They also only give you 3 oz of dish soap and very few laundry pods. I asked the property manager and they said they don’t replenish but they did bring over some extra trash bags. There are also no pool floats, beach chairs, or coolers so you’ll have to rent/buy those. The room downstairs is musky until you get the air running and the AC in the room with the 2 queens had a hard time kicking back on if you turn it off….the trick was to turn the fan on to get it to kick back on. I emailed the property manager about it but they never responded. Glad we figured out the fan trick. The patio and view can’t be beat but they could have some pool floats, beach chairs, cooler to help accommodate their guests. Overall, I’d still recommend the property.

Absolutely fantastic

The property was amazing, the rental company was as well. The listing didn’t do just to just how great they stay was. This trip was my wife and I, our three kids, and my parents. The house was laid out in a way that most everything be could have their own space without feeling cramped. The back patio was gorgeous, we couldn’t get enough of the views, and we loved being so close to Poipu beach AND having a pool onsite.

Spacious house with pool and commanding coast view

The house is very spacious and feels almost new. Lots of outdoor living space on the lanai. We wanted to spend all our time out there, as it was a great spot for whale watching and enjoying the view down the coast. The kitchen is very spacious with a big center island. It had plenty of cooking utensils, but sadly no staples (we had to buy salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc.). The pool was fun to use and had several big inflatables to use in it. We also enjoyed the BBQ grill on the lanai.
