House was in a great location- tucked away off the street and with a private yard. Just minutes walk to the beach and Puka Dogs! House was very clean and hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

This is an amazing place. Tucked away but so close to the beach. There is ocean views and the green space by the place is nice to hang out and get some shade when needed. We had 2 adults and 2 kids upstairs and 2 adults on the lower level. Nice to both have our own space but then have plenty of room when we were all together. Other family members stayed at the Marriott which was very close to walk. The place is exactly as pictured in the ad. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful property for our family of 6! Great to have two separate locations all in one property. Location to the beach was great! So nice to have access to the pool, workout facility and tennis courts. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again one day!

Kauai Family Vaca

I stayed at Sunrise and Sunset Suites with 5 other family members. The layout was perfect for one couple downstairs, one couple upstairs and a brother and sister in the twin beds room. The kitchens had everything we needed when we decided to cook in. The views from the balcony were superior! A 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. I would stay here again and again!

Perfect location, spacious home.

I was surprised with how much better the property is in person. The location is exceptional. It was everything we needed for a relaxing week. We used the pickle ball courts daily. The teens loved walking to the beach. The shopping areas and food were perfect.

Perfect Poipu

It was an amazing place to stay. Just 1 block from the beach and with windows open you could hear it and see from the deck. Perfect. Just wish swimming pool was a bit closer for some of our guests.

Awesome Rental

The property was wonderful. Downstairs unit had air conditioning which was a pleasant surprise. Also, made a request for a crib which was waiting for us upon our arrival. Very close to the beach and just a short walk or drive to beautiful pool. Would definitely love to come back.

Perfect combination of location and space

We were a family of 2 couples and a single. We needed 3 separate bedrooms and this house fit the bill. The location really couldn't be beat. All that room with an ocean view! A very short walk to the beach allowed us to use the local beach daily. The beach in front of the Marriott property was close enough to walk to as well. We would routinely enjoy a drink and/or a meal at the Marriott oceanside bar. Great times!

Definitely paying for location only

Although the place is nice inside, it is expensive for what you are getting. The property management is in a different location and there's no lock boxes at the property itself. They had no kid appropriate gear - no step stools, kids beach equipment. There were ants downstairs. Again, it was nice but not nice enough for the price point. Access to the athletic club is a HUGE plus but they cut off access on check out day and make you pay more. Just felt like a rip off.

When you book with us, we send a confirmation email and a rental agreement, both of which include instructions on how to receive your key and the location of our office, which is just a 3-4 minute walk from your accommodation. We don’t use lockboxes because we prefer to connect with our guests and answer any questions before handing over the keys and security reasons. Suite Paradise provides complimentary baby gear such as high chairs, cribs, pack 'n plays, and sand toy buckets. If you need additional items, we are located in an area with excellent rental options. Regarding the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, our contract with them ends at 10 am on your departure date. Unfortunately, we aren’t in control of their rules. COVID-19 has significantly impacted their operations, and we understand and cooperate with their policies as it remains a great amenity for all families. I will have maintenance look into the ants immediately, as we haven’t received any reports about this issue.

Great location and beautiful unit!

Love the location. Truly walking distance to Poipu beach where sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals come to rest. House is beautifully appointed and clean, plenty of space for the extended family. I was not aware that the first floor bedroom was not connected to the second floor though my teenager liked the setting. If you have small children that do not fit into second floor bedrooms (one master and one 2 bedded room) that can be an issue. Lanai also have plenty of space with huge dining table and grill. Only issue I had was when I contacted the property management for some questions or minor issue, I was told that "somebody will call you later' or "somebody will come this evening to check it out". That somebody never came. Problems solved by itself so there was no harm. However, I recommend management to look into customer service operation by phone. Lastly, if this place had a private pool, the house would have been perfect!

This house was amazing. If you are traveling with two families or older kids, this is perfect. We basically rented two houses in one, with the upstairs being the main floor with two bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs had one bedroom and one bath with it's own kitchen. The house was extremely clean and stayed very cool with the A/C. The deck was our favorite spot! With views of the ocean, we watched the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee and the sunset while having an adult beverage. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

wonderful house and ideal location

This house was perfect for our stay. Poipu Beach is perfect for snorkeling and swimming and is just a few minutes walk from the house. The house is beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities we needed, aside from the beach chairs, that were missing, but the property management had chairs delivered to us the same day.

Nice property, great location

Nice property, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for walking to the beach for sun and snorkeling. The pool was a bit farther than we thought it would be, but not a problem with a 5 minute drive. Only two issues are the wifi did not work well at all. Able to hook up by not really use. The lower unit does not have AC, I stayed down there and opened the windows. But in hot days it was pretty tough. Otherwise, we had a great vacation in Poipu!
