Great location and value

Overall a very nice place. It's clean and there are actually two bedrooms, not one as it shows in the listing. The pool area is very nice. The only real issue we encountered (as have others) were the noisy upstairs neighbors. It's hard to be upset at a young family with kids, but most evenings it sounded like they were constantly sprinting back and forth. The owner did respond quickly and reached out to them which did help a little. The location was perfect to where we needed to be on our stay.

Great condo, great location!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Very clean and a great location. Beds were super comfortable. However, a new floor was put in throughout and it was not put in correctly. Walking on it sounded like you have high heels on and pieces of it were coming out. We did advise our host of this. Also, the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. We could not sit in there to relax. The pool was a great feature and very nice, however the hot tub wasn't working the whole time we were there. Just fyi, there is a family that lives above this condo that has small children, so it sounds like a track meet at times. All in all, this is a very nice condo with a lot of amenities, and we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

VERY HOMEY

Awesome little condo! Fabulous location for what we wanted to do. Very comfortable and everything we needed was available. Owner is awesome to work with and very accommodating. Nice, quiet neighborhood and the few neighbors we did encounter were extremely friendly and nice. Honestly, if you're looking for upscale resort style, this isn't it. We wanted a "home" style place to stay and this place is it! Not extravagant or "elegant" and that is precisely our style so we were extremely content here. We will happily stay here again in the future!

Great weather

Barrett Week

We stayed here while we attended the auction. It was conveniently located within a 15 min drive. Grocery store and other shops are close by and handy. The place was clean and comfortable. Great communication throughout

Property was super easy on check in and worked well location wise. The condo was clean but had poor and uncomfortable living room furniture. The toilet seats did not match the toilet bowels which was interesting! The comforter in the master bedroom shows significant wear. The floor throughout the condo appears to be new which was great but the subfloor must have significant undulations because the flooring move’s up and down in many areas. Overall it worked for us but was definitely not as nice as advertised,

Perfect spot for what we needed !

The condo was very clean, and stick with everything we needed for our short stay. The location was central to everything we needed close by. Comes with a covered number parking spot for the unit which was guaranteed spot right next to the building. Communication with the owner was simple and all we needed to enjoy our stay .

Quiet, clean, comfortable, great location

Everything we were looking for, very close to Talisien West, easy access to 101 loop, some restaurants nearby (nothing out of the ordinary), grocery shopping five minutes by car. The kitchen is equipped with the very basics, enough for a pasta and salad dinner if you don’t feel like going out. Hiking trails just a short drive away. We would certainly book this place again.

Wonderful condo, in a great location!

Frank’s on Shea was a wonderful condo in a great location! The property owner was very responsive and the condo complex was peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect! I would highly recommend this condo!

Phoenix trip

Property is in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool area. Condo was very clean and entire property was well maintained only problem we had was coffee maker wasn’t working but manager was very easy to contact and quickly responded to the problem by bringing over a new coffee maker. We really enjoyed our stay there will try rebook this condo if it is available on our next trip to Arizona

Beautifully decorated rental

I stayed here with my two teenage kids. The rental was well decorated and Joseph made sure to provide enough dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and some other necessities. The beds were soooo comfortable. The unit is on the bottom level with someone above you, but we did not hear them at all. My only complaint is the pool did not seem to be heated. We were able to go into the hot tub until the last night when it was roped off with tape for some reason. We did use the gym and the pool table in the clubhouse as well. The gym was well suited for a good workout in our opinion. I thought the location was great as well. We went on a hike only 10-15 minutes away called Promenade and Western Trail. It was gorgeous. The hike we did was short, 2.3 miles, but a moderate trail and the views were spectacular. The facilities at the trailhead were very nice as well. I highly recommend it. There is a longer hike as well if you have more time. We would stay here again in the future.
