The property was pet-friendly and welcomed guests and a lot of nearby shops. Everything was so convenient. Each room was very nice, clean and spacious. We will definitely be returning soon.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, nicer than the pictures, and we would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was that the bunk room doesn't seem to get enough air conditioning and gets a little warm even with fans on.

Perfect location with everything you need

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had every amenity you could need. Peaceful location just a short golf cart ride away from the beach, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard shops. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of closet space. We really enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and seeing the local wildlife. There were always lizards and frogs nearby and we had a beautiful crane hang out for awhile.

Mrs. Jennings’ home was very beautiful, cozy, and spacious. The location was perfect, the area is quiet, and the scenery is perfect. Mrs. Jennings was very welcoming and answered all questions that I had. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience

Pictures don’t do justice to this property! The views from the upper deck were amazing. All the necessities were there; there was a Keurig and coffee maker, oven worked well , nice TV , and good water pressure for showers! the golf cart was great getting to grand blvd and the beach, wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Oh My Goodness! This place is SPECTACULAR!!

This place was recommended by a friend and boy, was she right! Everything about 980 was perfect - from the first communication to the last. It was beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless, and the A/C was already turned down so low we felt like we were at home! lol The kitchen was well stocked as were all the bathroom closets and there were even beaxh towels and beach toys on the back porch!! highly, highly recommended ... we will be back!

Northshore in Sandestin

We just returned from our 4th straight summer renting this wonderful condo, and wish we were still there. Perfect condo in quiet area of Sandestin, yet close to everything! Huge pool is a short walk from the front door. The bay is just steps from the condo for fishing, or fish just outside the back screened porch in the pond (catch/release). The beach is only 5 minutes away, as are the Silver Sands Outlets for shopping. Park right outside the front door for easy access. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or eat out at many close by restaurants. This condo is professionally decorated and a wonderful place to stay! It has all the comforts of home! We WILL be back in 2011!

Golf Cart Madness

Family of 6 stayed, but the house could’ve easily held 3-4 more people. We loved that our folks had their own master and so did we. The girls had bunk beds which were good since they are “kickers”. The golf cart was a lot of fun and was helpful in getting around the large complex! It was also easy getting to and from the beach.. now the bad.. the only clean thing about the house were the bathrooms. The dishes, floors, doors, and cabinets had to be cleaned. The cabinet door under the sink was hanging off and we had to fix it. One of the bunk beds had crumbs in it so we washed the sheets. There were other maintenance issues as well. Don’t take anything with you as there are games, puzzles, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. That was very helpful too. Overall, I think a good cleaning service and some repairs should fix any issues and make for a great stay.

Perfect

My family has been going to this Sandestin Resort for years staying at several rentals. This one was perfect: well equipped kitchen, contemporary nicely kept furniture and decor. You can definitely tell the owner lovingly takes care of property. Location was perfect with some beautiful views of the golf course and bay. Golf cart was a big bonus - you definitely want a golf cart for riding around the property. We would love to come back.

Overall an okay stay

There are some pros and definitely cons, but overall an okay stay. Pros- The check in process was very smooth. Pricing very reasonable. Golf cart was a plus. Great location. Manager readily available to communicate(for the most part). Cons- Limited parking, much older unit, needs a good deep cleaning(smells old), living room furniture is old and STINKS (especially couch)! Could not enjoy the patio(needs cleaning). No TV with cable connection in children’s room(of all places), but in other rooms. Air conditioning temps pre-set and couldn’t change. Hot and stuffy during the day, freezing cold at night. Again, overall okay stay, but be mindful you will get exactly what you pay for.

Amazing townhouse

We had the best vacation! The location was great, the townhouse was well stocked and very clean, the golf cart made it very easy to get around Sandestin and to the beach. Meg was great to work with and answered all the questions I had! We will def book this one again!

The condo was beautiful and a great floor plan. My family really enjoyed staying there.

This condo had everything we needed to truly enjoy ourselves. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, pools and the beach. Having the golf cart made it very easy for our family of seven to get places without leaving anyone without a ride to and from anywhere we wanted to go within the resort using that and the car. We had a couple of questions and contacting the owner was extremely easy. Maggie was very quick to respond and helpful. This is a place we would gladly rent again!

Great place to stay

Beautiful location on the golf course with pond and trees, so pretty. The bay side is landscaped nice, very planned out, and it is fun to drive golf cart around through neighborhoods and out to dinner. The townhome is decorated great and very comfortable beds, plenty of room. A heated pool is available. Highly recommend.

I love to play golf and spend many hours enjoying the challenging courses on the resort. I also love waking up in my home away from home to a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the morning sun rise over the lake and the abundant wildlife that also calls this wonderful setting home. I also enjoy browsing the many shops and antique stores in the area. Later I enjoy having a relaxing dinner on the lanai or going out to one of the many local restaurants for a delicious meal. Night time generally finds me drawn to the village for fun and entertainment which always includes a visit to Rum Runners to listen to the amazing dueling pianos. Owning my home in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort offers me the opportunity to enjoy many of my interests and activities. Fine dining, boutique and outlet shopping, nightlife and quality entertainment are among the many benefits available to me as a resident of this spectacular, private resort community. I would not trade my Sandestin home away from home for anything, anywhere else!!
