Enjoy the best that Sanibel has to offer from this updated and very spacious 2/2 Compass Point residence. Known for its close proximity to Sanibel's world renowned beaches, as well as fantastic local restaurants and shopping, Compass Point is widely considered to be one of the finest condominium developments on the island. As a guest of Compass Pointe 232, you can look forward to such amenities as a two minute walk to the beach, a large heated pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, community grills, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
The Space:
This fantastic residence features a spacious light-filled living room with large flat screen TV, comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a desk area perfect for taking Zoom calls while soaking in the rich sunlight that pours through your living room windows. The kitchen features modern appliances, a wrap around peninsula with granite countertops, as well as all of the cookware and outfitting you will need to prepare gourmet meals right in the comfort of your accommodation. The area adjacent to the kitchen features a large dining table with seating capacity for five guests.
The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The updated en-suite bathroom has a tiled tub shower combination. The guest bedroom has new comfortable full bed and twin bed with sleeping for three. The updated guest bathroom has a newly tiled shower with glass sliding doors a solid surface vanity. Washer and Dryer in the condo. Two bikes included with guest rentals.

Guests will have access to all of the community grounds, including pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, grills, and more.
