Fantastic condo ! Great place to stay. Our family loves area and the beach was fantastic.

Fabulous sun and ocean in December.

From start to finish this was one of our best experiences. The views from the condo are magnificent. We enjoyed sitting on the beach, playing shuffleboard right in front of our condo and soaking in the hot tub. The free bikes provided lots of exercise around the island. I highly recommend this incredible condo.

Clean, spacious condo with beautiful view

This condo was a nice size for our group of four people. It is located in a quiet area and is just steps from the beach. We enjoyed sunrises in the morning and searching for seashells on the beach at low tide. My only critique would be that there is not a lot of cookware in the kitchen. We were able to make our meals, it just would have been a little easier with a better selection of cookware. The check-in process with Sanibel Holiday was easy and fast. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing area that is close to the beach.

The complex is immaculate and well maintained. The condo was also immaculate! We had an issue with the master bathroom toilet not working but we called the office and the issue was promptly resolved. All of the comforts of home are provided! The view from the lanai is wonderful, we were able to watch dolphins, pelicans, boats and people on the beach. We were very happy with the property and I'm sure we will be returning!

Great Experience

Location is excellent. Beautiful view of ocean and beach from screened in balcony. Within walking distance of Lighthouse Cafe, excellent lunch and breakfast. Easy walk to beach on boardwalk with a place to rinse off your feet. Beach is great, especially at low tide. Great shells. Sandbar fun to walk out to. Unit is clean and somewhat dated. Kitchen is well stocked. My family of five slept comfortably: two adults on master queen, two kids in second bedroom in singles, and my son on pull out couch, which is not very comfortable but tolerable. Master shower is very large and fun for two people. AC works fine. Bike rentals were free and available, although about half the bikes were in disrepair, so you have to choose carefully. There is a shuffleboard court on the way to the pool. This was the nicest shuffleboard court I've ever played on and was a great surprise. The pool also surpassed my expectations, it is very large, heated, temperature was perfect, very clean, and lounge chairs were abundant and comfortable. The unit is on the 3rd floor so you have to be in shape to keep walking up and down the stairs, but it's good exercise. Unit is completely quiet at night. Slept great. Sand toys for kids in the unit. Overall this rental surpassed my expectations and was an excellent value.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 7C; the condo was beautiful, very clean and extremely spacious. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, double sink vanity and a private toilet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have TVs. There is another full bathroom (tub shower) off the second bedroom/living room. A starter package of supplies is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen soap, laundry soap, etc). You will need to bring your own bathroom toiletries. This condo had a hairdryer in both bathrooms yet only 1 of them worked. There are many movies and games provided for the evenings or raining afternoons. There are also beach chairs and sand toys in the second bedroom closet. There are many steps up to this condo but the view is worth it. Parking is provided under the building which is really convenient when it is raining. There are bicycles provided and you can use them any time. There are bike paths across the whole island so I highly recommend using the bikes. We took the bikes all over the island, placing them in the bike racks and they were always where we left them (no bike lock needed). The office on property will "check out" beach towels at $10 each which is return when you return the towels. The gulf and the bay are both a short walk from the condo. There is a shell washing station and a feet/body shower on the way to the beach. I highly recommend staying at the Shell Island Beach Club 7C!

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First floor of unit is parking, so although unit is on second floor, you have to climb three flights to the unit. The unit is quiet and clean. There is a screened in balcony facing the beach. One bedroom has two single beds, the other has a queen or king. Master has huge walk in shower. Fifth guest can sleep on pull out couch. It sleeps four adults comfortably. If you have small children, five or six people is reasonable. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. The grounds are very nice. An unexpected hit with my family was the shuffleboard courts, which were great. Pool was the nicest I've seen in this type of unit. Heated and clean. Very big also. Lighthouse grill is within walking distance and great restaurant. Bikes are all around the property. Some work, others don't. You have to pick and choose. Overall very satisfied with experience. I would rank 9 of 10 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third year that we have rented this particular condo. The owner has been great to deal with. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fairly new appliances. We were able to cook meals frequently, although we do enjoy eating at Sanibel's restaurants. The unit includes the use of free bicycles. Many places on the island are within walk or biking distances. We only used the car a handful on times in our three weeks on the island.The only issues we had were a soft mattress and lack of beach chairs. My wife has back issues which require a firm mattress.
