This 2nd Floor 2BR/2Bath Condo sits directly between the Beach and the Bay. A 2 car garage houses personal Beach equipment as well as 4 Kayaks and a Paddle Board to enjoy the water. The condo is recently updated with new appliances and has a washer and dryer. The Condo Association has a beautiful, well maintained Heated Pool overlooking Lemon Bay. Brand new AC, BBQ grill, beach wagon, chairs, bike. Condition of the property is the same even after recent hurricanes.

Great stay

Brian was extremely communicative and easy to reach during our entire stay. The spaces were clean, functional, comfortable, and felt like our home away from home! Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The location was north of the main public beach so it was much less crowded and there were times when we were the only ones on the beach. Having access to the pool, bay, and gulf was wonderful and we loved being able to kayak, paddle board, and use the sifters and beach shade on the beach. Thank you for providing the perfect hub for our family getaway! Highly recommended for an easy family trip.

The condo is wonderful and equipped with everything you need for beach & pool days, kayaking, and bike rides. We enjoyed them all! Location is convenient to fabulous restaurants. We had the most relaxing week! Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo!

Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I stayed here for a week during our spring break, and we could not have asked for a better experience! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect get-away. We enjoyed the kayaks on Lemon Bay, rode bikes around the area, and had a relaxing time on the lovely beach right across the street. Brian was great and checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Manasota Key!

Excellent Choice

We really loved our stay in Manasota Key! The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs and proximity to the beach and the bay. My husband and son are avid fishermen. They have a kayak launch and heated pool on the property. The condo was well equipped! It was fun to spend a week there!

Great family vacation

Our stay was wonderful. This condo met all of our needs with an amazing location. The condo provided us withthe space and amenities to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. I believe the space is larger than the pictures show.

Fantastic condo with all the amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Brian was very communicative and kind. The location was perfect for our family with the beach and pool very close. The condo had all of the beach amenities you could need or want. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting Manasota Key! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great accommodations!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We love it! Lenny if space, very clean, comfortable bed, and great location. The beach is right across the street, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The host is great! Great communication. Highly recommend! Kim

Exceeded Our Expectations!

The condo was lovely, very clean and well appointed with modern furnishings and upscaled baths. The contemporary kitchen was a huge plus. Location was perfect, easy access to the beach and the pool was the cherry on top! Our host was great and responded quickly to our questions. Highly recommend 5+

Wonderful getaway!

This condo/home was everything it was advertised to be and more. Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants only 10 minute walk. Condo very clean, well furnished and stocked. Brian was right on top of everything, very quick to reply and answer our questions. Would stay here again without hesitation, we were actually sad to leave. Excellent condo, excellent host!

Beautiful condo, great host, great location!

The condo was very cute, clean, and In a great location. The host checked in with us to make sure we were all set, and was great answering any questions we had. Beach was beautiful, lots of great restaurants, and nice pool area. I would highly recommend!

We loved it!

A great place to stay. super clean and the owners were really great, answering any questions we had. The bay was on one side by the pool and the beach is right across the road down the driveway. Having access to the kayaks was a great bonus, and the beach chairs and wagon were super helpful to have for the beach. We highly recommend this place

We have been coming to Englewood Beach and Manasota Key for over 25 years....... the location was perfect, the condo was immaculate, and modern...... Brian was outstanding!! 5 Stars......
