Amazing North Myrtle Beach ocean front romantic views of Cherry Grove Point, Hogs Inlet Cannel and unspoiled Waites Island from this pristine 2nd floor of a 3-story building condo located right on the Cherry Grove Beach! Watch the dolphins and pelicans go by from your private deck as you enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon cocktail. There is not a property anywhere in Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach that can compare to on deck morning sunrise views and the views from the ocean-front pool and 2nd floor deck. NOTE: ONLY CHILDREN AGE 10 & OVER ALLOWED >> Our offseason (September 1st through April 30th) minimum stay is 3-nights. In season (May 1 to August 31st) a Sat.-Sat. weekly stay is required. >> ..A signed short-term lease is always required by the owner. << NOT wheelchair accessible

The Perfect View

Firstly, James was great. He was super communicative throughout the whole process. He offered to meet us at the condo even though our trip was delayed. He sent very detailed communications on entry and suggested many great places for dining and fun. He checked in on us several times throughout our trip and really made us feel like guests in his home. The place was beautiful. Everything you could want and then some. You really just need to pack your clothes and show up. The amenities were top notch and the view was priceless. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. Great pool, Private beach vibes, wonderful property manger. Will be booking again

We met Jim when we arrived, and we could tell he takes great pride in his place. The condo is updated and was VERY CLEAN. The location was absolutely perfect. The view for the deck was the best. There were multiple beach chairs to pick from, 2 beach umbrellas, and beach toys. An added bonus was all sheets and towels were even included. We didn't even have to pack beach towels; it is all included. This place has everything we were looking for. It was perfect for our family of 4. When we left to return home, all we had to do was strip the beds and leave the sheets/used towels on the floor. The check in/out process was very simple and was our best experience using VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

My husband and I along with our 2 teenagers enjoyed a great week at this property. The unit was exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. James was great to work with. He gave us information on local beach events planned for that week. We hope to come back again.

Only negative was construction going on to the building. Other than that it is such a nice place and it is the best spot in the Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoy staying here. This is our second time and we will be back! Condo is very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Beach is right out the door. James is very pleasant and available if you need anything. I highly recommend this vacation spot!

Amazing stay

We loved the view from the deck, and spent a lot of time there looking at the beach and ocean. The living spaces are comfortable and clean. Overall, a great home away from home!

Amazing location and property

The beach was beautiful and the property was very nice. The owner had stocked it with everything he could think of to make a person’s stay comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accommodations

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very well equipped and the location was great! Our vacation was cut short due to Hurricane Debbie. James went out of his way to accommodate our needs, offered suggestions, etc. We will definitely be back! Thank you James!

Love this place

This is our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Beautiful views off the balcony. The amenities that James has available such as beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, and sheets/towels provided make life so much easier. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the place. James is a great host and always very responsive if you need something. We will for sure return.

Wonderful Vacation

Being a resident of SC ive vacationed the Myrtle, N. Myrtle, and Cherry Grove for years. This rental had th3 best views Ive had in all those years. Room was convenient to both the beach and pool. Room was immaculate, clean and all details and amenities.

Great host, unit, and view. Very clean and well-stocked. We’ve been going to Ocean View Villas since we were kids in the early 80s. It’s a special place.

Beautiful condo with ocean view

This property could not have been nicer. The two bedroom condo was well appointed and very comfortable. James, the owner, was very helpful and available if needed. We loved the close beach access and the ocean view. We had no problems or complaints - it was a great stay.

Absolutely beautiful!

This is a lovely place with a gorgeous view. The beach is wide and uncrowded. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. This is our 4th vacation at Ocean View Villas and this unit is the best yet! We definitely will return next year.

Beautiful location and condo

We just finished our stay at this wonderful condo -- description is perfect and the view is amazing. Jim is a welcoming and available host. Gorgeous Beaches,Views, & Everything you Need.

Our son and his family spent 2 nights with us and we all had a comfy bed to sleep in. The condo is very clean and extremely well stocked. If you forget something it’s probably already there for you to use. No need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys its all there. The ocean front views from the balcony are beautiful especially in the early morning. This quaint 2 bedroom has it all, including the owner James who is very hospitable. Would love to visit again, only next time I won’t pack as much.

Perfect paradise

I can not begin to express how wonderful this place is. What you see is what you get, absolute perfection, they have thought of everything. You can come with a few personal items and they really do have the rest. Jim was always right there to answer questions when needed and checked in to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. We cannot wait for our next stay.

Best location on the strand

My husband and I have stayed at eight different properties up and down the strand from Pawlsy Island, to North Myrtle. This condo is situated in the most ideal location. We visited last week during the busiest season and it was not crowded on the beach here. The view of Hogs Inlet and the ocean is spectacular! The condo itself was clean. The owners take great care of their place because they frequently stay there too. They met us when we arrived and showed us around and welcomed us to use toiletries and items left in the kitchen from previous visitors. We found aloe gel and Neosporin in the bathroom helpful. It was like a home away from home. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Also no need to pack towels! You can almost just show up and just relax! We definitely will stay here again if this condo is available. Thank you to the owners for sharing their property with us!

Great Vacation

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Highly recommend this place. Best vacation we could of asked for. Place was very clean and with all the extras that could have been needed. Liked the fact we didn’t need to bring linens. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We will be back again for sure!
