Wake up to the sights & sounds of the beach. The primary suite boasts a comfortable king bed and a private full bath. The queen bedroom, full hall bath, and 2-twin bedroom are on the other side of the main level. All of the bedrooms have closets, so it’s easy to make yourself right at home. For additional sleeping space, there’s a convenient queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Beach week
Weather always hit or miss this time of year. Nice to sit up on deck when a little chillier. Place is older (especially for the price) but comfortable and in good working order. Location on beach can’t be beat but it is a drive to town. Nice there are a few places to eat and grab some groceries closer than driving all the way into Galveston. Family had a great week walking the beach and watching basketball games on tv together. Sand and Sea made sure to check in via email everyday, but we didn’t have any needs.

The location is good however the house needs to be updated and maintenance is highly needed.
When we got there I had to called twice so they could provide me with the access information for the house. Then when I entered the house was dirty and pee stain on the carpet and a lot of animal hair on leather coach. Moreover, the toilets weren’t flushing the beds were very hard and old. We literally had to clean and disinfect the entire house. This house need to be updated Completely and clean too. Not what we paid for. It’s not a a five star place is more like a two star. The location is good and the ocean view.
