Pasos a la playa en una zona tranquila de Sea Isle. El hogar está muy bien amueblado con una decoración de buen gusto. 4 dormitorios, 3 baños y el diseño es perfecto para varias familias. Un dormitorio y baño en el nivel principal con cama queen y una cama individual y capacidad para tres. Amplio dormitorio principal con baño privado y terraza privada, otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño jack y jill están arriba. Dormitorio principal con cama king y ducha en el baño. Primera habitación de invitados tiene cama queen y terraza privada. La segunda habitación tiene dos juegos de literas. El baño de Jack & Jill tiene bañera de jardín con ducha. Televisores de pantalla plana, en sala de estar familiar, dormitorio principal y habitación de invitados reina arriba. El hogar está listo para WIFI. Kate is a wonderful and kind host. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home, stocked with all you need, just as the listing describes. We had great views plus we were right on the beach with no vehicle access. It was very safe for our grandchildren. Wonderful back deck! So much extra! Just bring family and food!

Great house right on the beach. Great area of the island and far enough away from public access it felt like a private beach. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen is nicely stocked for those who enjoy cooking. The owner was very responsive and quickly worked with us when our reservation was nixed by last year’s hurricane.

Tranquil Oceanfront

We visited with my niece and her 8-yr son so that he could “wake up on the beach,” a place he loves, before moving out state. This house and location were perfect: steps away from the beach, all the kids’ toys he needed for the sand and water (including boogie boards and kites!), beach chairs for adults, a wagon to carry our haul morning and evening, comfortable beds, abundant kitchen necessities, plentiful seating and towels for family, upstairs/downstairs picnic tables, and a peaceful beach and deck for adults. The house is located approximately middle of two public beach parking lots, so the beach in front of the house is less active — and empty at sunrise. Although house is next to the highway, the ocean waves and house orientation blocked the noise for this noise-sensitive person. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility, beauty, comfort and relaxation. Communication with owner was smooth, and directions and entrance were straightforward. We would highly recommend!

Our Favorite Place!

We come to Sea Isle every year, and this house is our favorite! It is the perfect size for our family, spacious, clean and comfortable! The beach location and walk to the beach is incredibly convenient. We love how private the beach area is and never have to deal with crowds! The owners are so wonderful to work with and communicate with. We look forward to our stay here each year and can’t wait to come back next year! We would recommend this house to anyone!

This is our family’s 3rd year to stay at Footprints and it is a wonderful home away from home. Location is perfect being right on the beach. Family enjoys beach time daily and the outdoor shower is great for rinsing off. Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning on the deck. The house is clean and has everything we needed for the week. The host, Kate is very responsive and communicates quickly. We enjoyed our stay again this year at Footprints.

Memorial Day stay at Sea Isle

Footprints is a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms which was great for our group. It was well equipped and very clean. It is on the first row of homes on the beach on a section where cars cannot drive. Perfect location. We loved it!

Perfect beach house for adults and children

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our family. We rented it as a second house to accommodate family and friends for our son’s wedding. The master bedroom on the first floor was perfect for a young family with a 3yr old and an infant. The rooms upstairs held all adults. The beds were comfortable, access to the beach is easy, And the decks are relaxing with comfortable seating. Communication with the owner was excellent. We loved our stay and would rent this house the next time we are in Galveston.

Christmas in July

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at foot prints. The proximity to the beach was such a boon for getting the children back-and-forth and back-and-forth plenty of room for board games in the kitchen easily accommodated all of our needs. Kate was a delight to work with.

Family Memories at Footprints

This is our second year at Footprints and again our stay was wonderful. The best vacation spot for a family. The house offers everything we needed for the week. Morning coffee on the deck as the sun comes up, walks on the beach and watching grandkids build sandcastles. Perfect home away from home. Thank you Kate for another year of memories and we hope to be back next year.

Great place steps to the beach

What an awesome location. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to anything you need. Kate is awesome and really kept in touch with us. The house is older and could use a little TLC but the fact that you are steps to the water more thank makes up for it. We had a great time!

Loved the property. Very close to the beach. If you’re willing to fork over $100 (for the week), you can have access to the neighborhood pool. Some of our kiddos were disappointed with the NON bunk situation in the main floor bedroom. LOVED the downstairs shower.

Best family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This property is extremely well maintained and met our needs perfectly! The house is beachfront and was so convenient for our family. The beach was not crowded which was a welcome change from other places we have stayed. Our host, Kate was very friendly and efficient! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Although we live in Houston, I grew up visiting Galveston most weekends as a teenager. I always wanted to have a home on the beach that I could share with my family and with others to enjoy all that Galveston has to offer. As you can see by our photo, we also like to ski during the winter.

The home is in the Sea Isle neighborhood, just a few miles west of Jamaica Beach and a few miles east of San Luis Pass Bridge. On the bay side of Sea Isle, there is a tennis court, a park area, and a small store and restaurant.

Footprints is unique because of the layout of the rooms. Although you will spend most of your time on the beach, which is steps away from the home, the layout of the home is perfect for large or multiple families. The home has lots of room for everyone to share space or have their own space for quiet time.
