We stayed at this property for our annual girl trip. We were very satisfied with the space, the number of bedrooms/beds/bathrooms for 8 women. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the outside seating and the hot tub. The location allowed us to easily manuever around Bozeman and the areas activities. Devin was very responsive to our "few" issues. I would definitely return to this house. It would be great for a family gathering with the many games in the rec room and the large dining area.

House had nice bedrooms and great neighborhood. Good amenities. The only problem was the airconditioner couldn't keep the house cool. Owner was quick to respond to issues that came up.

The kitchen was well equipped. The owner gave us coupons for Bozeman Hot Springs when he discovered the hot but wasn't working. He sent a repair person out immediately the day after we advised him of the hot tub not working. The wi-fi worked well. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and enjoyed the games outside and inside.

An Excellent House for a Group!

This house has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room and hot tub. It's perfect for a large group. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels/linens, and fun games to play. We will definitely be back!

Great place, great hosts, perfect for dogs

Amazing trail system in the neighborhood for walking. Very comfortable house with all the amenities one could want. Hot tub was a bonus. Loved staying there and will do it again.

Great house filled with fun and in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was able to have their own space and we are all comfortable. The host was quick to respond and friendly.

Perfect Home

We were in town for my son's wedding and needed a place for family and friends to gather. This home was perfect with a large backyard, deck, fire pit, and game room. The host was very responsive in answering questions before and during our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I absolutely loved our stay here! I just ran into a few issues. The air quality was absolutely terrible, they did provide humidifiers but the air quality filter showed it was low. We had access to the dishwasher and washer and dryer but had a lot of issues of them not working or stopping in the middle of a load. And I know they are particular about their cleaning but there was no vaccum or much for cleaning supplies so even though we didn't have to clean the place we couldn't clean up any spills or accidents very well. There wasn't much information provided on where we can find much of anything. And lastly there were a few loose boards on the master bedroom porch.That being SAID this is an absolute beautiful home and they did have more then enough room for 12 people if not more! For the most part the house was well kept and absolutely Beautiful! I would absolutely stay here again once the air issue is addressed.

Great property for family

We loved our stay in this home! The 3 levels were so nice to be able to spread out or all sit and watch a movie together. The guys had a lot of fun with the shooting game. The host was very responsive and helped with any issues that occurred right away. The hot tub was a hit with everyone! I loved being able to stay only 3 nights instead of 5-7 like many properties require.

Perfect for families

We stayed at this home while skiing Bridger Bowl for our spring break. It was the perfect size for our two families of 5. Lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, light and airy, great quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was great after long days of skiing. It’s about a 40 minute drive to Bridger. We ate out all the nights we were there-restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. Will definitely stay again the next time we head to Bozeman!

Great layout and location with a super responsive host

Nice house with a great layout for 5 friends visiting for a ski trip. Good central location for getting to and from the airport, the ski hill, and the grocery store. Host was super responsive and easy going when we locked ourselves out. Hot tub was clean and comfy - a very nice amenity after a day of skiing. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner every day. Wouid recommend!

MSU graduation weekend

We could not have asked for a better place for our group to gather for our son’s graduation from MSU. We loved the space, quiet neighborhood, trails and outdoor amenities on the property. Communication with the owner was excellent. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing Hosts!

This property is convenient, in a great neighborhood and the hosts have been amazing. We had damaged an ottoman and hosts could not have been any more pleasant to work with the on the claim. The property is clean and very nice for families. I would highly recommend this property, and even though we damaged it, I hope to return next year.

Great Location to 4 Corners!

Our family spent 2 nights in Bozeman and had a wonderful time fly fishing and exploring the area. This home is situated in a quiet community which felt real cozy. It’s location was perfect for venturing in to town as a well as places to grab coffee-the Coffee Pot or dining at a true Montana hole-in-the wall-Stacey’s. After a long day on the river the kids enjoyed sitting in the hot tub even though it was 80+ degrees! Thanks Ryan!
