This is the perfect friends or family getaway spot. So close to everything. The free parking was a great perk. The space was clean, comfortable and lovely!

Great Location - Clean

We rented the unit for a girls weekend. The location of the rental is perfect for walking...everywhere! The unit was as pictured and described. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Dream Getaway

My sisters and I absolutely loved our stay. The photos on the listing don’t do the place justice. The convenient location helped us to make the most of the trip without having to drive. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Groomsman Pad

This proptery was an excellent place for the groomsman to gather, eat and get ready for the nearby wedding. The living area is very spacious with a large eat in island. Walking distance to all the fun places in Historic Savannah.

This was the nicest place we’ve stayed at in a while, very clean, walking distance to River Walk and beautiful inside and out. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Savannah this is it. We look forward to staying again when we come back to Savannah.

Great property!

The place is in a perfect location and has everything you could want. If you want to see Savannah you can park your car here and not move it again until you leave. The property manager was very helpful as well. We had to modify our dates after booking and they made it happen. Would stay here again.

Amazing location - Pet friendly

I stayed in this property with my parents, husband and pup. All of us had a great time - the house is very spacious and full of amenities. It’s located in the center of the city and next to a nice bar for coffee/ breakfast and a wine shop if you want to prepare an happy hour in the beautiful kitchen. The additional plus was that the property is pet friendly that allowed our pup Barolo to also enjoy Savannah. Thank you for the great stay!

Not only is the location fantastic but the unit was clean and architecturally a wonderful blend of modern and original. The bathrooms and kitchen are perfect and beds comfortable. Will use them again!

Spectacular property in perfect location

Beautifully updated historic home with all the modern amenities. This home impressed us from the moment we pulled up to the driveway where we pulled up right to the house with its welcoming iron gated front patio. We opened the door and entered into a big, amazing smelling, well air-conditioned open space with a huge island! We brought all our stuff inside and in shock started to explore the rest of the property. We were amazed by the room with 6 built in bunk beds, the TV in each room, the beauty of the bathrooms, kitchen, the appliances.Literally everything. The proximity to everything we wanted to see, the central location, and the privacy despite all that was amazing. The communication with the host was very prompt. We are in love and will return not just to Savannah but to the same property! The only thing I would change is the bed in the master bedroom. Although not a deal breaker it would improve the property so much if the bed was more comfortable and bigger!

Great location. Worth the stay

Overall, we enjoyed our time here. We were able to easily walk to many locations in the city we wanted to visit. Having free off-street parking is great. The only blips in our stay (and it doesn't change my 5-star rating) are the check-in communication never arrived, so I had to reach out to the host on the afternoon of check-in to get instructions. On the plus side, she responded immediately and all was well from there. Also, we found the master bed to be creaky/noisy and uncomfortable. We actually ended up sleeping the 2nd and 3rd nights in the bunk beds and were much more comfortable. Bed issues aside, the stay was fantastic and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Great House and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Great for family and friends. Can walk everywhere, nice little wine shop next door, and the property manager was very responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this historical building. It felt like we stepped back in time with all the modern amenities. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The bunk room was amazing! We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Such a great experience to create lasting me with my family! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Not fully impressed

First off - Savannah is a beautiful city that we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time celebrating the city’s holiday festivities. The house itself , is cute with a modern feel, but once inside you see and feel the problems. The WiFi never connected for us and we had to use our hot spot to have any connection, turned the shower on upstairs and the lever came off in my hand, a half drunken bottle of dr. Pepper in my daughters bunk bed, and the heat and air were set to lock… so one night the house got to 58 and we had to sleep with our coats on- after I messaged her for 4 hours, we finally Gave up and really didn’t sleep that night. What really got us was that when we approached the host she was abrasive and not helpful. She never fixed the internet or the heat issue and just would send me a pic saying see it works..didn’t apologize for the dirty bed. Overall- would never stay here again.
