We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and closets, updated kitchen and bathrooms, ample toiletries and linens and comfortable bed and seating. We chose this space because there are no stairs and its close proximity to the Savannah Theatre, Six Pence Restaurant, Nobel Fare Restaurant, downtown and shops. Two of three TV’s didn’t work properly. Management rep, Lacey, tried to fix. Didn’t follow through on last text to guest to deliver new cable boxes added to account. May have needed to request cable company service call. Lights in kitchen didn’t all work. Some lighting had burned out bulbs. Two table lamps were missing a bulb. Management rep fixed kitchen lights. There was an empty lightbulb box under kitchen sink. Guest took one bulb from a lamp in a bedroom closet. Whirlpool washer had significant mold clearly visible when opening washer door. I’m familiar with similar washer and instructions should be given for housekeeping to dry area as well as possible and to leave washer door ajar. It should be regularly checked to remove the black mold buildup. Contact me if you have any questions.
