Our beautiful, cozy four-bedroom home is perfectly located less than a mile walk from downtown Plymouth! Our two-story home is ~1,300 sq ft, with an additional 500 sq foot finished basement. Ideally-designed for work-from-home, we have two full workstations in the finished basement including standing desks, dual-monitor setups, computer docks with USB-C hookups, keyboards, and mouses at each desk along with comfy office chairs!
Before getting to work, sip your morning coffee (or espresso!) or afterwards, enjoy an evening glass of wine on our patio in our secluded backyard! With a fully-equipped kitchen (including a double-oven!) and an outdoor propane grill, our home is also perfect for cooking with friends and family (the kitchen is complete with double-oven!) and the entertaining living & dining room makes for a perfect hang-out area. Nestled on a beautiful, quiet street and not only a stone's throw to downtown, but also a quick drive to Ann Arbor, Brighton, Novi, and Northville, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway!
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Amazon Fire smart TVs, Nespresso machine + pods, French Roast coffee pods + Keurig, Memory Foam beds, fresh linens, in-suite washer/dryer, Solimo bath products, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Message us if there’s anything we can help with!
Layout _____________ Our 2 story home has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor along with the living room and kitchen. The second story has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Located in our finished basement is a small living room with two workstations that have convertible standing desks.
Arrive with Ease _____________ Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 3:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime!
Rest in Comfort _____________ Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforters, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout drapes in each bedroom.
Sleeping Arrangements _____________ In addition to four queen beds, we have a full-size pullout couch and a queen size air mattress too! Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

Expectations _____________ 99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.
Parking _____________ We have a garage that fits one car, with room for two additional cars in our driveway (tandem - it blocks the garage). We are located on a quiet street which also allows street parking so if you need additional parking, there's plenty!
Entry _____________ The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the door from the garage to the house. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.
Extra Sleeping Arrangements _____________ Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!
Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, two pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress.
Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

Our Neighborhood _____________ This house is perfectly located for access to downtown Plymouth. Situated on a family-friendly quiet street but within a 3-minute walk to all that Plymouth has to offer as well as only a twelve-minute drive to downtown Northville.

House Rules _____________ We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. - Please leave your shoes at the door. - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. - No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Getting Around _____________ While access to public transportation is not easily available from our house, UBER and LYFT run consistently in the area and are quick, cheap, and accessible options to get anywhere in the Novi/Northville/Livonia and Plymouth/Northville/Canton areas!

Convenient location for out of town relatives to stay while in town for a family gathering. The house was clean and there is some routine maintenance needed to replace burned out light bulbs on porch, repair chipped paint on baseboards, corners, etc. in addition the veneer or finish on the tables could use a refresh. The upstairs bathroom was very nice. The first floor bathroom especially tub and fixtures need an update to support the nightly cost.

Awesome house and area.
Loved the place. Great location within walking distance to downtown Plymouth. House and amenities were clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. The house was conveniently located to all we planned on doing while in town.

This property was exactly as advertised! Excellent location, very comfortable, plenty of space, nicely decorated. We walked to downtown Plymouth which was super cute! Easy check in/out instructions.

Prime Plymouth Location- needs some attention to detail
Location Location! -that drew us to this lovely house to spend a wedding weekend with family. Lots of room to socialize. Kitchen well stocked. HVAC was uneven, with each floor a different temp. We value recycling but that was not available in the house. The smoke alarm chirped all night. We were given new batteries to replace ourselves. The smoke alarm chirped the all night a second night. There is a spacious front porch that faces east that would have been alovely place for morning coffee. No chairs. StayArbor Host (the professional Host) was notified and was apologetic.
