The Space
This luxurious four-floor Ann Arbor getaway sits on a majestic property and is built to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 14 guests. Its contemporary layout, exceptional spaces, and entertaining amenities will provide the relaxation and convenience you seek while visiting Michigan.

★ QUIET HOURS (Zero Tolerance Policy) ★
The City of Ann Arbor strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low during this time, both inside and outside the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. Our neighbors are attentive and will report disturbances directly. One noise complaint will result in immediate forfeiture of the remainder of your stay without refund.

★HOST COMMUNICATION★
We're always happy to help! If you have any questions or concerns at any point during your stay, please feel free to reach out. We want to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

★ 4PM CHECK-IN; 10AM CHECK-OUT ★
Our cleaning team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM and requires the full turnover window to properly prepare the home for the next guests. Unlike a hotel, this is a single large home with one dedicated cleaning team and no additional staff to work around schedule changes.
For this reason, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs under any circumstances. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, the only option is to book the additional night before or after your stay, subject to availability.
Guests who remain on the property past 10:00 AM will be charged the cost of an additional night plus a $50 fee for every 30 minutes beyond the scheduled check-out time.

We allow certain pets with an additional fee per night to help cover cleaning and any extra wear and tear.
Pets are not allowed on Furniture or in Beds.
Owners must clean up after their pets inside and outside the property.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana/cannabis products, e-cigarettes, and vapes.

A $400 smoking violation fee will be charged if smoking or vaping inside the home is discovered.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★REVIEW HISTORY REQUIRED★
For short-term reservations (less than 4 nights) made within 7 days of the arrival date, we require guests to have at least one verified 5-star review with no negative review history. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation.
