This lovely relaxing 4Bed 2Bath Pool Home with no rear neighbors is located 20 minutes from Disneyworld, 40 minutes from Universal and Seaworld. Free Wifi included. Free Parking on the driveway. This lovely relaxing 4Bedroom 2Bath pool home is situated on a quiet road in a friendly community. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets and restaurants to choose from along Lake Wilson Road, Highway 27 and Highway 192. There is a comfortable Master King bedroom with walk-in closet and large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. There are two further Queen rooms with a shared hallway bathroom with walk-in shower. The Toy Story themed twin bedroom with two single beds will be a hit with all those Woody and Buzz fans young and old. All bedrooms have their own TV. In the Living Area, there is a large Smart TV and two comfortable sofas. The modern kitchen has all the amenities for making a quick snack or cooking a gourmet meal. There is a dining room table which seats 6 persons and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
Outside there is a table and four chairs where you can relax and eat a meal or have a drink, whilst enjoying the ambience of your own pool, along with two sun loungers for you to soak up the beautiful Floridian sun (while using sun protection cream of course!).
Please note the Pool can be heated for your stay - please contact the JC Vacation Homes office to order and pay for this service, if possible at least 3 days before your arrival date. To heat the spa, you will need to purchase pool heat for your stay. The spa is not a hot tub/jacuzzi.
In the garage, there is a pool table and air hockey for Guest use - so relax and enjoy your vacation either playing on the pool table or sitting Al Fresco by the pool after a long day out at the theme parks and beaches.
Please note that this community does not allow parking on the road overnight and has a towing policy in place for vehicles parked on the road. This home has room for 2 mid-size vehicles on the driveway. Vehicles are not permitted on the grass or sidewalks of this community.
