Less than 3 km from the sea, in the countryside, our holiday home, built in 1900 and completely renovated in 2024/2025 (DPE A), is located in a small hamlet in the commune of Réville, halfway between Barfleur and Saint-Vaast La Hougue.
With a surface area of 175 m², the house has 4 bedrooms located on the upper floors: a master bedroom (bed 140x200) with private bathroom (shower and toilet); 2 bedrooms (beds 160x200) and a bedroom with bed 160x200 (separable into 2 beds 80x200); a 2nd bathroom with shower and bath; 2 separate toilets.
On the first floor, the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, piano) and open to the dining room and the terrace; large living room with sofas and armchairs; technical room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, an office and on the second floor, a TV room.

Less than 3 km away, you will find pleasant small "family" beaches, accessible by car, bike or on foot (Maltot and Loge beaches).
At the tip of Jonville and Saint-Vaast La Hougue (deep-water marina), sailing school and all sea activities (sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing).
Golf courses nearby (Utah-Beach (18 holes) and Cherbourg (9 holes).
Hiking in the Val de Saire (hiking and cycling) and more generally in the Cotentin.
You can have a good time in Saint-Vaast La Hougue (named "Favorite Village of the French" in 2019) and Barfleur (awarded the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" label), as well as on the island of Tatihou. Cherbourg and the Cité de la Mer will interest young and old alike. The D-Day beaches and sites are nearby. The west coast (Barneville-Carteret, Agon Coutainville, etc.) is also worth a visit, not to mention La Hague.
