Fully furnished for you to be able to enjoy your extended stay in Savannah. The corner location provides glorious natural light and splendid views of down town Savannah. Walk to everything Savannah has to offer. Minutes away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops and sights! The studio does not offer a kitchen, however it does offer a fully equipped kitchenette (see photos).

I have lived on the outskirts of Savannah for 20 plus years. My family and I enjoy visiting the Historic District, whether for an evening out or to simply to walk the Squares or Park.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
As a 'local' , my favorite part of the Historic District is the area surrounding Chippewa Square. The Studio is a 2 minute walk from the Square. Chippewa Square is far away enough (2 blocks) from the uber touristy crowd yet still well within the heart of down town. Sipping on an Espresso at Gallery Espresso or enjoying a pint at the 6 Pence Pub you can sit back and watch the hustle and bustle of down town. You'll see trolleys and horse drawn carriages, SCAD students and more!
Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are minutes away from the Studio. River Street is a 3 block walk. Directly outside is Hitch, Zunzi's and Fire Street Food.

The studio comes furnished with everything you would need for an extended stay. Located within a 100 year old building, the studio exudes charm and character. You'll be sharing the building with residents and NOT tourists! One of 2 elevators will take you to the 4th floor studio. The views fromt the studio are truly magnificent. You have views of the Talmadge Bridge, Cathedral of St John the Baptist and even the First Baptist Church (think Forest Gump opening scene ie the feather falling from the steeple!)
The building has a coin operated laundry facility located in the basement. On the first floor there is a small library for you to enjoy.
