Rico en historia y encanto, este edificio fue la residencia de la señora Wilkes, propietaria de la famosa Casa de Huéspedes y la señora todavía operativa Wilkes Comedor. Este apartamento del tercer piso ofrece un alojamiento único para hasta cuatro invitados afortunados. Te despertarás cada mañana en la hermosa calle Jones, donde los adoquines y los antiguos robles que gotean en el musgo español obligaron a la revista Southern Living a nombrarla la "calle más bonita de Estados Unidos".

Los pisos de madera originales y techos de 12 'le dará una sensación de retroceder en el tiempo, mientras que la decoración interior de buen gusto y todas las comodidades modernas proporcionan todos los lujos de su estancia en el hotel - con más espacio. El gran salón tiene un montón de espacio y asientos cómodos para que pueda leer un buen libro o disfrutar de una noche de cine con todo su partido. If you're on the 3rd floor you should know there are 20 steps to go up to get to the apartment. That's after the 12 you have to go up to get to the front door. Lucky Savannah staff very helpful when we had to retrieve the key from the lock box and leave the key in the lock box after we checked out. Great experience overall.

Celebrated my girl’s birthday. Someone so in love with history that the Jones Street Retreat brought her to tears. Everything was within walking distance. So beautiful and so safe. We’ll definitely be looking forward to our return trip.

Such a beautiful place and location!

We had such a wonderful stay at Wilkes 3! The location was probably one of the prettiest streets in Savannah and very close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and the hosts were so responsive and easy to contact when we did run into a couple very minor issues. We went for a friends trip and it was the perfect home base for us in Savannah! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay!

Girls trip to Savannah.

There was no instructions on where to put the linens, where the carriage house was for the trash, and what to set the thermostat to. There was food under the couch and a tack on the rug. The refrigerator handles were dirty as well as the lid to the trash can. I’ve stayed at several vbro’s with a long list of to dos. It is really helpful. We also didn’t get our voucher to Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant. That was disappointing. The location was wonderful as well as the neighborhood.

Memorable Savannah stay

And this appartement, in the heart of the historic district was perfectly in sync with the overall city atmosphere, as we had the impression to live as real Savannah inhabitants. The appartement, pretty huge, has plenty of charm, decorated and furnished with taste in all rooms including bathroom and kitchen. The voucher to access Mrs Wicles restaurant, located in the basement was a real plus to cut the impressive queue forming every day at lunchtime. We really experienced and enjoyed here the delicious simple and true Southern cooking as well as the warm sense of hospitality. Despite the WiFi connection not always very stable, all was perfect. Definitely a recommended address for current and future Savannah lovers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, there is a fan in one of the closets!! This is important to those that like fans when they sleep. There are not fans in the rooms. I loved our stay in Lucky Savannah! We wandered around the town, by foot, because the location is an easy walk to wherever you need. I recommend going to the City of Savannah office to purchase a daily parking pass, if you will be there on week days. Weekend parking was free. Also look for certain sides of the road to have street sweeping on certain days. You have to move your car. It’s all very do-able!We really liked the charm of our rental, the space was fine for our family of 4. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room though. That’s really all I would change about the entire condo! We had lunch at Mrs Wilkes the last afternoon we were there and really enjoyed it! I highly recommend Lucky Savannah. The price, comfort and location are A+++!

Also, we had dinner downstairs at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room- (got to go in the back door to avoid the line) it was the highlight meal of our trip- cannot be skipped! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time in Savannah. My husband and I visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Wilkes House was a fantastic find. Very charming, clean and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood! We had such a great time and the we are still dreaming about the lunch downstairs! We will be back.

Love it on Jones Street
