100 steps to the sand! Your stay at Paradise Retreat at Pacific Shores will have you soaking up the sun and enjoying the quaint town of Carpinteria. This location is across the street from the beach entrance and within walking distance to all the fun things in town.

The condo provides a comfortable sleeping space for 6. Three bedrooms allow you to rest easy after a day in the sun and surf, at the World's Safest Beach. Complete with bed linens, bath towels and beach towels, your stay will include all the comforts to ensure a relaxing vacation.

The upstairs kitchen flows to the open family room allowing for time together while preparing meals or watching the 55" TV. In the kitchen you will find dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, pots and pans, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and range/oven. Additional amenities include a Keurig, dishwasher and trash compactor. A gas BBQ is also available in the courtyard, should you choose to prepare meals in the gorgeous California weather.

A comfortable family room and kitchen table allow for ample space to play board games, complete a puzzle or stream a movie. A large sliding door provides a great sea breeze - or nature's best air conditioning. The patio is spectacular for coffee when you rise or to enjoy an evening beverage while viewing the gorgeous sunset as the day settles.

Two parking spaces in a private lot will make your arrival much easier. Please keep in mind that the front door is only accessible by a set of exterior stairs. Once inside, the floorplan includes bedrooms and bathrooms on the first level, with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living space on the second level. In total, the condo features two sets of staircases.

Ocean and beach fun is made better with beach supplies offered as part of your stay. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a wagon will help to create the memories that will keep you wanting to return! Our location not only keeps you close to the sand, but you will be just a 5-minute walk to the Carpinteria train station. Just a handful of blocks beyond, you will find restaurants, breweries, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and art galleries. Don't forget about the Thursday afternoon Farmers Market, located on Linden Ave, right in the heart of Carpinteria.
