Your get away awaits at this fully renovated home in East Quogue. Beautifully redone, this cape style home has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bath. Sight lines flow from the brand new chefs kitchen through the living room. A spectacular sunroom at the back of the house has an office desk for remote work possibilities. , with walkout access to the new patio and fully landscaped backyard. The short walk down the street ends at a private bay beach perfect for early morning coffee or sunset.

The place is brand new. I have just furnished it. It is completely furnished with a full kitchen.
Dishwasher, washer dryer all the comforts of your home away from home.

A pleasant, comfortable stay

The house was clean and neat, well provided for. The host made it very easy to communicate. Absolutely no problems or disappointments at all. Would gladly stay there again. Even the neighborhood was nice, with easy travel to beaches on Dune Road.

Perfect spot for my family to enjoy a Hamptons getaway this summer. The property was clean and bright with updated appliances and amenities. The location was EXCELLENT, proximity to Montauk Highway was ideal. We hope to return year after year after year!! The host was easy to contact and was responsive with any questions I had. Excellent experience!!!!

The house was in a great spot just a short drive to the beach and 20 minutes from some wineries. Joe was very accommodating and we had a great trip.

Familiar with the area so knew what beaches we’d go to, where to get in a long, scenic bike ride. House was very clean and comfortable. Could park in driveway but not in garage ( which was fine with us). Not a whole lot of dishes and stuff in the kitchen but that was also ok with us. Kitchen had all the other things we needed- coffee pot, microwave, new frig.Nice fenced in back yard with eating area.And great porch.

Weekend Stay

The house was perfect for a weekend stay for me and my husband. Clean, cozy and relaxing. Comfortable bed. We stayed Thursday-Sunday for a weekend wedding. Quick ride to Main Street in Westhampton for nice shops and restaurants.

Perfect stay

This property is exactly what is shown. A perfect get away in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Joe was great was checking in through out the stay. He made everything easy when it came to checking in and out. We will be back in the future and will be booking our stay here.

Great location and stay!

My family needed some extra space LDW as we had a bunch of friends visiting and it was perfect! We used all of the beds and the futon and it worked perfectly. The host was very communicative for anything we needed. Convenient location just off Montauk Hwy. I would recommend it.

Cute little hideaway

The house is cute and comfy, and my husband and I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. It is a little further away from the beach than I imagined (it’s about a 10 minute walk to a tiny little bay beach, and then a 10 minute drive to a bigger ocean beach)

Renovated Cottage in Great Location

I stayed at this cottage for 2 nights with my husband and teenage son. The location was perfect to go to Westhampton, Quogue and Southampton. I really loved the fact that it was remodeled and felt clean and new. The logistics of check-in/check-out was easy and the owner was highly responsive and flexible, which I really appreciated. It was clear that the owner really wanted us to enjoy our stay. We had a comfortable and fun weekend!

Cute convenient bungalow

Recently stayed for just over a month here during a big move across the country. The property manager (Joe) was wonderful and quick to respond to any question I had. The place itself was clean, had everything I could possibly need, and was convenient to any town and beach. I’ve already told the property manager I’d be back next summer.

Hamptons Oasis

I can't say enough good things about this house and our stay! The house is gorgeous and spotless- everything is very new and perfectly done. It's in an extremely, extremely convenient location- down the block is a beautiful view of the coast and 5 minutes away is a gorgeous beach. The house is perfect for a family and incredibly accommodating. The host is fantastic- he makes sure everything is set and taken care of for your stay and he's incredibly attentive and responsive throughout your visit. It's the perfect house to stay in- I cannot recommend it (and the host) enough!!!!

pleasant and mellow

The dogs liked the backyard. We used our car as a blockade on the section where they could have snuck out. I liked coming outside in the morning to drink my tea and in the evenings to look at the stars. The neighborhood was very nice to walk around....wide streets to walk the dog. I thought the house was a perfect size for a short get-away. (I would have liked to come alone to work in the room outside of the bedroom!) People in the neighborhood were friendly. It took me a little while to figure out my bearings, as I had never been to the town before, but it was a very nice trip. A gorgeous beach was 15 minutes away and it was a lovely drive. Joe was very accomodating, responsive, and kind.

Wonderful little getaway

This property was just what my family and I were looking for. A quaint and quiet house with a small town feel. We stayed for NYE hoping to get away from the loud chaos we’re typically faced with at home and this location fit the bill. Pros: I’m not sure how this changes in the summer months but things were mostly quiet. There are restaurants, coffee, and food shopping all within a 5 minute drive. The home itself is pretty small, so for the 4 of us- husband, 17y/o, 9 y/o, and myself, it was perfect. The 2nd room with the bunkbed would be too small for adults (my 18y/o struggled). There’s a full functioning kitchen and TVs throughout. Check-in was as simple as can be. Joseph is extremely accommodating and responsive, allowing us to stay longer on our last day with no problems. Improvements: This home could’ve been cleaned better. The bathroom had some hair on the rug and sink, and the shower did not get nearly as warm as the faucets. When reaching out to Joseph about this, he expressed concern and thanked me for bringing it to his attention- advising that he will have someone look into this. There were some cobwebs throughout the corners and ceiling fans. We were also scrounging for paper towels or napkins, but will make a note to purchase or bring some in the future. Overall would I stay here again? Yes :)
