As you pull up to this fully remodeled home, you'll see the welcoming front porch. Step inside the front door & you'll be pleased with the gleaming hardwood floors & the openness into the kitchen. You will love the updated features in the living room and the wood design. A brand new kitchen with granite countertops & new stainless steel appliances. Both master bedrooms have their own bathroom. With a huge family room in the basement there is plenty of room to spread out. Washer & dryer included.

Great Host - Comfortable place.

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location. It was a great place to stay with numerous guests.

We are a family of 8 and there was more than enough space for all of us! And with 2 teenage girls 3 bathrooms was perfect to get us all ready and out the door! I hope to stay again next time we come to visit!

It was okay

Really pretty on the inside! Yard hasn’t been mowed in weeks. No power upon check in and when I called the person they didn’t contact me again. Called a second time and he forgot which house we were talking about. Shortly got power thereafter Microwave has issues, we could barely get it to work (didn’t report this as we got it to work). Brandon didn’t send check-in instructions morning of like he mentioned. He sent check out at 10 am on day we left. We had left at 7:30 that morning.

Place is in a nice neighborhood

The place is nice, but there was a couple of issues. First the heater was not working properly, we had to contact the host about it. He had to send some space heaters to solve the matter. Also, both trash cans were completely full when we arrived. I called him to let him know and ask where our trash should be placed and he said he would send somebody to pick up the trash, but no one showed up. It waa a nice aray, but I wish these issues would have veen solved in time. I had to leave the trash outside the house and I felt bad because we had no choice.

This house was reasonably clean, with clean bed linens and bath towels and the house is in a very central/convenient and safe location, but that’s about where the positive aspects end. The kitchen is very poorly equipped for the most basic of meal prep or even just reheating food. Not enough dishes/flatware, no drinking glasses. All of the cookware was either rusty or the nonstick coating was severely scratched - not safe for cooking on. There were no sheetpans or anything to bake on. I read a mediocre review from 2022 and seems like none of that was addressed (it’s about the same as was described then). There were basic bathroom toiletries but no dishwasher or laundry detergent. The walls are all empty and the couch is filthy (when we arrived it was covered with blankets to cover it up). There are a couple of stairs with carpet and those were also filthy. This was by far the worst VRBO we’ve stayed in, especially for the price.

Nice place pretty much as shown. I think it’s new to the market and still needs a few things but 3 bathrooms was really nice. Place is pretty comfortable. But split between 2 levels with 2 different living spaces. No real yard or grill. Overall we were pleased and would stay again!

Awesome house and host!!!

We had a group of 7 and the previous house we rented had an a/c issue and Brandon was able to accommodate our group and get us in the next day. Such a cool house- everything is newly remodeled and the basement is awesome! We had an a/c issue here also (our vacation was the hottest week of summer 🥵) but again, Brandon was super attentive and had his repair guy there quickly and everything resolved. Brandon and the repair man both checked on us the next day also. We all very much loved our stay!!

Not there yet….

Newly (DIY) renovated property - still unfinished. The downstairs was so hot because there are no vent/covers so all heat goes down while the folks upstairs are cold. (It snowed about 3 days during visit ) . Basement Toilet leaks. Only 1 hair dryer / no iron board but was allowing us to go get one - but we weren’t in town to shop. Had to go to a relatives house to iron clothes for a wedding. Kitchen is bit dirty / utensils and drawers had crumbs and food leftovers . The beds just have really thin throw blankets - no duvet or comforters. Host was kind and responded - but didn’t seem like this Lodging property is a priority but more of a side gig. No communication in property how anything works or problem solving tips / WiFi instructions etc… that is much needed. The WiFi was disconnecting when we stayed and had to reboot but no info to be found . The neighborhood is old but was fairly convenient. This property is a fair 3. Not exceptional and not terrible . Just in the middle and served the purpose. It has potential …Strongly suggest the owner invite a bunch a friends over who will be honest and stay for a weekend and experience like what it’s like to be a guest … best way to fix the things that aren’t great
