The large living area opens onto a bright, air-conditioned lounge with a television and internet access, leading to a welcoming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and washing machine in the utility room). It's an ideal space for sharing meals with family and friends while enjoying the holiday home atmosphere.
For sleeping, the villa has four bedrooms:
On the ground floor, two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), each with its own shower room (one with a toilet, the other with a separate toilet), offer comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, a children's bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and air conditioning completes the space, as well as a beautiful en suite bedroom with a desk, shower room, toilet, and air conditioning, perfect for those who prefer a more independent space.
Outside, a 12-meter swimming pool overlooks a typical Provençal garden, well-planted and dotted with shady spots. Several comfortable summer lounges have been arranged around the house, offering spaces to read, relax, or enjoy a drink in the shade. The furnished outdoor terraces and barbecue invite you to spend long, convivial evenings outdoors.
For your comfort, linens and towels are provided, the pool is secured by an alarm, and final cleaning is included.
