Welcome to your home away from home in this well-designed 22m² studio, located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, just a short stroll from the sea.
The space is thoughtfully arranged for your comfort:
A mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed
A cozy living space with a sofa, TV, dining area and access to the balcony
A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and dining essentials
A bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer
With wooden accents, high ceilings and a relaxed ambiance, this studio offers a sunny balcony with a city view – perfect for morning coffee or an evening aperitif.
Location: The Californie neighborhood is one of Nice’s most popular areas for its prime location near the beach, shops, and tramline. You can reach the city center, old town and airport quickly by tram. Within 5 minutes’ walk you’ll find bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants.
Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Check-in is fully autonomous – keys are collected from a partner shop on Rue de France (open until 8pm Monday to Sunday).
The Neighborhood:
The Californie neighborhood is ideally located between the beach and the city. You’ll be just a few steps from the famous Promenade des Anglais, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The tram stops nearby and connects you quickly to the airport, city center, train station, and Nice’s picturesque old town.
Other Things to Note:
Your stay can be customized with additional services offered after your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided, and high-quality linens are included.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
