There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, towel dryer, and hairdryer, for your convenience.
The bright living room opens onto a beautiful terrace and garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from local shops and the seafront.
Fully equipped kitchen
The large independent kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals with family or friends:
Oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and freezer
Dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster
Complete cookware, dishes, and cutlery set
Comfort & amenities
Washing machine, ironing equipment (table, iron, mop, broom, vacuum cleaner)
TV, central heating, smoke detector
Terrace and balcony
Cleaning, bed linen and towels included, just like in a hotel.
A deposit of 800 euros will be required for each booking.

You can stop in the small side alley to unload your luggage upon arrival.
Free parking is available 200 meters away at the Fort Vauban car park, as well as in the surrounding streets.
