The house was top tier. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. The rooftop was our favorite spot. One side you can see the sunrise and the other side the sunset. Endless amenities! Communication was great. Only issue was the elevator not working on the second day, but then again we probably needed the exercise . The kitchen was well stocked. Loved all of the small touches of hospitality. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I will definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful and convenient to the beach. The pool in the community was great with plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

We chose this property due to the elevator so my elderly, handicapped mother could come along. She uses the elevator one time before it broke. By the time it was fixed, we had less than 24hrs left of tbe trip. There were other issues but that one was the biggest disappointment.

Spring Break 2025
Positives: The property is perfect for a large family of all ages. There is plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen is open and well equipped. The top-floor deck was a nice spot to hang out and visit as a family. The video games on the bottom floor were used by all. The bikes were a welcome activity and the hot tub was a necessity.Negatives: The pool is not heated, which was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we selected this property. The property was not accessible at the agreed upon time and no explanation was given. I had to submit my ID several times to prove my age, even the day of check-in which was an inconvenience. There are no beach chairs to take to the beach. Overall: we had a wonderful time and completely enjoyed the property.

Nice place, fairly well equipped (except had to buy a can opener, I left it there, so you are welcome!). The major issue is the elevator. It was working fine, then it got stuck between floors. Thankfully no one was on it and we did not have to call the fire department. They said that someone would come out to repair, but it was a weekend (broke on a Thursday) and no one showed. So we had a about 4 of 7 days of climbing stairs. Getting all the food supplies and cooler down from the 3rd floor when we left was a b***ch. So, in conclusion, if you are the least bit unable to climb stairs, you might want to rethink this place unless they can assure you that the elevator issues have been resolved. (I see that a prior tenant also had an issue). In my professional opinion, the vator probably needs a serious overhaul which includes replacing bearings, examining the motor drive, replacing the magneto locks, etc. All that said, still a nice place to stay, definitely got my "steps" in
