Sunlit front row beach condo on Rehoboth Boardwalk

Sunlit Rehoboth Beach studio – front row on the Boardwalk. Located in the heart of downtown Rehoboth. Steps away from the beach!

Featuring artfully decorated large open space studio with big kitchen, double size murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy ocean views from this newly renovated studio located on the 6th floor of the building. Open floor plan with updated flooring throughout. Unit offers a regular coffee maker.

A brand new 43-in SmartTV allows you use your apps (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max installed, but require log in). This unit is not pet friendly. Bed linens, towels, and paper products are supplied. Building turns the AC on May 15th and turns it off Oct. 15th.

Underground garage parking makes it easy for vacationers to come and go as they please. This unit comes with one parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, we will provide a Rehoboth Beach town permit (returnable at the end of the stay) to park in any of the non-metered spots. Security and doorman monitored building.

Watch the sunrise from a breezy balcony. View dramatic sunset over Lake Gerard with herons, ducks, and geese out of the window. Sip your favorite beverage overlooking the water both ways.

Enjoy a walk to downtown Rehoboth's upscale shopping and some of the finest restaurants in the area or treat the kids to a night out on the boardwalk, including fun rides and games for all ages. Hop on the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach for bay sports and night life, or come visit the historic town of Lewes, located just a short 5 miles north.

Beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys are available for use in a secure locker located on the way to the beach. Bike shop on ground floor - rent a bike and ride on the Cape Henlopen State Park bike trail over the dunes to Lewes or take the bikes on the Lewes ferry and explore Cape May. Nearby tennis courts are also available for tennis and pickleball enthusiasts.

Home is decorated comfortably with beach flair.

No teen or college groups are allowed, even when chaperoned.

This beach condo has everything that you need for a relaxed vacation!

Amazing relaxing stay

This location can’t be beat- you fall asleep listening to the waves- wake up to sipping coffee while watching the sun above the ocean. Steps away from beach with great chairs provided and easy to pick up on way to beach. Hosts were great - very responsive and super helpful. The boardwalk, awesome restaurants, shopping and great happy hours are steps away. You will feel super secure and the parking in the garage is so convenient.

Great location

Wonderful property steps from the beach. The balcony gave us a great view of the ocean. We had our morning coffee for the sunrise and our Evening cocktail for the sunset there. Nathalie was a great host who responded to our every inquiry. Definitely will be booking again for our next beach vacation.

Great location!

Great property, great location! Building has very convenient amenities- parking, beach cages, book exchange. Apartment was a nice size for 2 people! Everything made for a very carefree and relaxing vacation!

Great vacation

The condo was great, clean and well supplied. Great view from the balcony. We had a slight hickup with the electric power but the owner rectified the issue promptly! We would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Fabulous place

My husband and I were looking to get away for a week. We chose Rehoboth Beach and we are so happy we did. We booked this condo last minute and this place was the highlight of our trip! In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean right from the balcony. Then enjoy a morning stroll on the boardwalk, steps from the condo. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants and then return for a fabulous view of the sunset! Our hosts Nathalie and Gleb were very gracious and very responsive to our needs. We would absolutely stay at this condo again. The location is fabulous. We highly recommend!!

Such a warm welcome!

I loved everything about this property. It was easily walkable to the boardwalk and beach, Nathalie was so super friendly. She met me at the building and greeted me with a flower picked from her own yard. :) No issues with check-in or check out. The room was a spacious studio with a murphy bed. Very clean and tidy. I was in town for a writing sabbatical. I’ll definitely return to this spot in the near future.

Everything we needed

I was so proud of myself for remembering all the little things I usually forget on a trip, like cleaning supplies, bath towels, toilet tissue, etc., but it turned out I didn't need to bring any of it! The condo was well stocked with anything we could have needed. Both beds were quite comfortable, as was the lounge chair. My poor husband had to work from "home" during the trip and was a little worried about the internet connection being strong enough to handle his video conferences, but he was thrilled to find it was even better than our home internet! Getting to relax on the balcony, watching and listening to the waves, was truly the highlight of the vacation. The location of the condo was perfect... within walking distance of anything we needed, yet on the quieter side of the boardwalk. We felt so safe with the overnight security. The front desk staff were so sweet and even had bags of quarters readily available for laundry. Having a guaranteed place to park out of the sun was extremely helpful. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. Next time we're in Rehoboth, we are 100% sure to rent this place again!

A great spot right on the boardwalk!

1 Virginia is one of only 2 higher-storied buildings by the boardwalk. it backs up to a vacation home for railroad retirees and a lovely park and lake. Our unit had a beautiful north-side location and a lovely ocean view. Well furnished and decorated and extremely comfortable all the way around. Photos on the site are accurate, The Murphy bed is only an issue if the two of you are both super plus size but then you have a queen sofa bed as well. Being 6 stories up from the beach, the only sound you here is of the waves breaking onto the pristine beach below. Hate the sand? camp out on the second-floor pool deck! plenty of afternoon sun but also can find a shady nook to curl up with a book. Don't need a car here other than for picking up groceries on the way in to town or if you are into outlet mall shopping. Great restaurants for a different meal each nite all within walking distance. This unit and location were far better than previous stays (a while back) at the Henlopen a block north from here. My kids are already looking at renting here for next fall and we'll be back for sure. The owner was very gracious in accommodating our need to shorten our stay (well in advance) to help a kid move. The owner went more than out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly at every step along the way. Far exceeding every experience with owners through all our rentals.

Disappointed

Let me start out by saying that the view is amazing and the unit is very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. With that said, there is inaccurate information provided on the site, such as the murphy bed being a “queen bed”….The murphy bed is not a “queen” bed it is a “double” bed. It’s a small bed for two not so small adults. My husband tried to sleep on the “pull out bed” couch and it was not comfortable at all. He then ended up just sleeping on the couch and not using the bed. I left a note for the owner to “update” their information on the site, and have gone back and it is still not updated. The “pool” situation …. When we booked the unit on March 14th, the description did not say that the pool was “closed for the season”, our stay was in July. Upon learning about this, the owner should have notified us immediately. Part of the reason we chose this unit was the pool. We had ample time to find another location with an equally beautiful view for less money, with no pool. We had time to get a full refund from this booking. We were not given the opportunity. The “streaming tv” service. We were unable to stream – even Netflix on the tv, leaving about 7 channels to watch. It said that the tv service had to be Xfinity to stream. I sent a text to the owner with my concerns and felt we should have been compensated and was told when we book again, we can get a discount. I wouldn’t book again due to the accommodations not meeting our needs, as stated above with the sleeping arrangements. I texted again and never got a response. A refund of some sort should have been offered. Had that happened, the review would have been much better.

Just Bring a Toothbrush!

We just recently returned from two weeks at this property. The location exceeded expectations: the building is very well set up with a beach entry directly from the boardwalk. We are getting older, so it was GREAT to not have to carry all of the (provided!) beach gear more than a few steps. The condo's pool is a nice size and say what you want about the mundane things of life, but having onsite laundry was also a huge bonus.This rental is set apart in a few ways. EVERYTHING was provided. No extra charge for linens or towels, paper products were stocked, soaps and bath products were waiting for us. ALSO, unlike so many Rehoboth rentals, it is managed by the owners; no Realtor with upteen rentals to deal with when you have a question! The owners were extraordinarily responsive, flexible and easy to work with.

Wonderful Place to Stay

First, the location is awesome, on the oceanfront! (balcony is on the side of the building, but very close to the front and easy to watch the boardwalk) The condo unit was very well equipped and also well stocked with most of the supplies that one might need during a stay, which is very convenient. Also, having a storage area (on the way to the beach) with great beach chairs available was a welcome feature. In fact, the building seems very solidly constructed and well managed. All in all, our vacation was enhanced by having such a lovely place to enjoy.
