Cocoonr agency offers this charming 28 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Saint-Cyprien, 350 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it is composed as follows:
- Living room with TV, double sofa bed and single bed above
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and dining area
- A shower room with shower and WC
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The studio is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just 500 m away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station and airport: Perpignan, about 25 km away.
- A Lio bus (for a fee) runs along the entire seafront, including Collioure, during the summer months. The residence is served by the bus stop in front of the hall.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
