Great Downtown Location!

The apartment was nicely decorated and convenient for all our meetings. I wish it had been warmer, I would have loved to spend some time on the deck. The views were great. I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay for a convention

The property was nice, and walkable distance to the convention center and a ton of great food. The Taco place downstairs is top notch, and the property has a gym if you need it. The place could probably use a few more pans, cups, and cleaning materials, but other than that it was a great overall experience, and I would recommend over a hotel to anyone coming to town for a convention at KBH center.

Beautiful view

Cute apartment on the top floor of The Mayflower. Views are amazing! Manny, the host is very helpful. I liked that the property is secure with Keyfob for entry. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions .

The contact person Mannie was a nice guy and got us into to parking garage when we called him as instructed. The property outside was poorly maintained by the management team so it almost seemed unsafe. The garage door was broken open, the security doors leading to the elevators were broken unlocked, even the door of the unit we stayed had been forced open and fixed poorly. Inside the unit was straight up dirty. Dirty glassware, dirty bathrooms, the storage/furnace closet had spilled dogfood that had been there so long it was furry from the dust that had settled on it. There were broken door handles, towel racks and holes in doors. The showers had mold in the tile and were dirty other places. The deck area was cool but super loud from other rooftop building mechanical equipment. This apartment was prob nice when it was new but over all is it worn out and not worth staying.

Perfect patio with amazing views of DT Dallas

We had a nice stay in this condo over Thanksgiving Day Weekend. The condo is located in DT Dallas, a couple of blocks away from AT&T Discovery Park. Nice walkable area with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also a tacoria and nail shop on first floor/lobby. The condo is nicely decorated and well-appointed with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is spacious enough for two cooks-which came in handy for the holiday. The two bedrooms each have en suit bathrooms and make for a comfortable stay for a small family or couples. The patio/balcony is amazing with great views of DT Dallas. There is also a fitness room, pool and grill on the top floor. The property owner was helpful and very accommodating to our requests. A couple of suggestions for minor improvements - black out window covers for bedroom, more dish towels for kitchen and repair grout in showers. Overall a great condo. We recommend this property and would stay again.

Great rooftop deck with views! Free parking! Walk to many attractions!

Property owner was very responsive and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The pool was shut down for repairs which was unfortunate. Would recommend for adults visiting Dallas.

Property was as advertised. Convenient location. Within walking distance to American Airlines Arena where we saw the Wild beat the Stars! Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best interactions with host communication I've ever had. Location was great downtown with many family destinations within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
