The home was clean and wonderful! There were some areas outdoors that could have been straightened up a bit but wasn’t a big problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we felt the property was very dated and in need of a deep cleaning especially the kitchen and the lower level. Garage door opener none which made it very inconvenient to enter and exit the property.Communication very poor no response for three days . TV only one worked (patio). On the fourth day the owner finally reached out and had cable company come out. There are a list of other things I will not mention.We have used VRBO for at least the past 12 years and have never had any issues. We were accused of having a wild party the four of us we are all 60 plus the issue was we had to use front door to enter and exit so I guess the owners door ring was going off constantly that was the so called party we had LoL.

Nice pool / outdoor area. Large great room was nice. Odd collection of window coverings to block out the AZ sun but that was fine. Would have been good to know one of the bedrooms was in the basement and only accessible from the stairway in the garage.

Nice place with a lot of room for a larger group. Pool and outdoor areas were great. AC was fantastic throughout the house. Very well stocked kitchen with the basics. Would come back if in the area!

The House and property were amazing, tons of room for everyone to spread out. The inside of the house if very open and feels very large, easy for large groups to gather.Check in and out was easy and communications from the property management group were easy to follow.I would rent this house again if we come back to AZ for a trip next year.

Nice Fountain Hills Property

This home is in a great neighborhood in Fountain Hills, and has incredible views from the back patio. It's a good sized home that was able to nicely accommodate our family. The hosts were very responsive to requests. We loved grilling out and sitting on the back patio to enjoy the expansive views, and then walking in and around beautiful Fountain Hills. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great property and house layout

Property was great and house layout was optimal for our 3 generation trip (note the one room/bar area has only access from garage our outside). House was overall pretty clean and just needed a few maintenance items done but did not impact our stay. Pool/hot tub setup was great for adults and kids alike.

This home was perfect for our large family of 7. Gave us enough space, everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, pots needs for basic cooking which helped us keep it a home away from home vibe. The location was beautiful and we even saw some wildlife they we are not use to. The pool was big enough for all 7 of us to be in and play or float around. The views allowed for some amazing photos. Will definitely miss AZ and this home.

This place is amazing. Comfy , clean plenty of parking.

The only issues were the mini slip in the dinning area was leaking water. WeCouldn’t get tvs to work, the bbq grill was not cleaned.so I cleaned it. And used it . And cleaned it again. And the pool lights didn’t work.

Property was NOT as presented in the photos. Many things needed upgrading and repair. embarrassing to our family and friends. Will NEVER use VRBO again.

House size met our needs, but we were disappointed in the condition. There were multiple broken items or items in disrepair. Burned out light bulbs,, broken light fixtures, broken built in grill (an alternative grill was provided) , broken fountains and cracked pavers in the front of the house,, freezer that did not work properly ( froze up and did not produce ice). No central air in main living area, kitchen, master br, and basement bedroom. (individual ac units for each space). House nneds TLC.

Not worth it

The lights by the pool not working pool was dirty . Kitchen lights not working .when we arrived the refrigerator on frozen side was full of water . No cleanliness . In one of the room there was portable Ac even that was not blowing cool air in all the rooms the lights were too dim

What a frustrating review from a disrespectful guest that lacks the basic knowledge to operate home appliances. Giving this home a 1 star review is completely vindictive. Would call late at night for common sense stuff in the home and claimed fridge and stove didn't work but they worked completely fine. Got multiple neighbor complaints for disruptive behavior and late night partying. I assume that us asking him to stop this behavior is the reason for the review. It's a shame that people like this get to leave reviews that affect us as hosts. Never had anything but glowing reviews on the house prior to this which can easily be seen.
