Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 30m², located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions such as the Louvre and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room, a sofa for relaxing, a double sofa bed, and a television. The adjoining dining table is perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.
You will also find a washing machine for added convenience.


The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The bed (double – dimensions 140 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

You will also be close to the Temple, Arts-et-Métiers, and République neighbourhoods, which are very well served by public transportation, making it easy to reach Notre-Dame, the Louvre, or Montmartre.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
