The host of this apartment lacks attention to detail. It starts with check in. You have to go to an off site location to pick up the key. Not easy when you have luggage and are exhausted from an overseas flight. The GPS from the pick up location to the apartment takes you to the far end of the alley. The alley is under construction and completely torn up. It's difficult to manage luggage. You are given no instruction on how to enter the building. We finally got in to find the elevator barely fits one person and a suitcase. You have to maneuver the bag to fit and accommodate the closing door. None of the doors in the apartment are labeled. And I wasn't given an apt number anyway. So it's a guessing game. After 20 minutes of sitting in the stairwell on the phone with the host we figured out which apt it was. Then the lock didn't work properly. It took 10 minutes of jiggling just to get in. The apt was fine but the couch pillows were dirty and the coffee table was coming apart. They give you one small thin bath towel per person for your entire stay. No hand towels, no dish towels, nothing. If you want additional towels you have to pay for it. They give you a sponge to wash dishes but no dish soap. They give you a dishwasher pod but no dishwasher. They give you all purpose cleaner but no towels. Also the bathroom sink was not draining properly. They did come and fix the sink and the lock. The location was great and beds were comfortable. A little communication would go a long way
