Este apartamento está ubicado en el 1er piso de un edificio con ascensor. Tiene vistas a un patio interior muy tranquilo, cuyo acceso está asegurado por un código digital. Recientemente renovado, este apartamento de 30m2 consta de una gran sala dividida en varios espacios, además de un baño con ducha y WC. La entrada conduce al comedor con cocina americana totalmente equipada y lavavajillas. Un primer sofá cama individual puede acomodar a una persona (80x190). Se ha instalado un divisor de habitación para permitir que la parte del dormitorio se aísle del resto del apartamento si es necesario. En esta sala de estar-dormitorio hay un sofá cama (160x200) para dos personas, así como un pequeño escritorio y trastero. Un armario con lavadora, secadora y armario también le permitirá guardar maletas y ropa. Este encantador apartamento puede alojar hasta 3 personas.

Best location in Paris! Very charming apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is tiny, but that's to be expected in a studio. The washer/dryer was really handy. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa. We saw other reviews that it was uncomfortable, but we didn't think it could be that bad. It was. I would seriously recommended replacing it. I'm giving 5 stars for the location, convenience to shops, restaurants, épicerie, ease of check-in/check-out, excellent communications with the owner, and the building's charm and security.

Excellent location

The property is clean, small but enough for two people. If you are looking for the best location it’s the right place for you. We’re not disappointed at all and have had a wonderful time in Péris.

Great location!

The location was wonderful! It was beautiful to stay on Ile St. Louis - very calm and peaceful but easy access to both the left and right banks of Paris. I loved it! Check in and out was terrific - the Property Manager greeted me in person and also saw me off at the end - even waiting with me until my taxi came to be sure I had no issues!

Location! Location! Location!

Excellent choice for affordable place on Ile St. Louis. The apartment is a bit spartan but has all you need. Check-in easy and helpful but no remote option so you have to coordinate your arrival time a bit. The charm here is simple—location! If you want to stay on the Ile as a party of 1-2 persons, it’s a very good choice.

Everything was good except the bed. The springs in the hide a bed are broken down and when two people sleep in it, they roll toward the middle. This is quite uncomfortable. We ended up having one person in the large hide a bed and another in the single pullout bed. everything else was excellent.

This property was absolutely perfect for our 8-day trip to Paris, and the host was terrific - quick response rates, very flexible, and tremendously helpful. Notre Dame is a 3-minute walk, as is the Latin Quarter, and it is very close to the metro, making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. The studio itself was wonderful, with all of the amenities and appliances we could use (enabling us to travel light!). Ile St. Louis is great, with quaint streets, shops, and amazing food options right out your door - what else could you need, and how many people can say they stayed on an island in the Seine?

Liantsoa was lovely. She was patient, helpful and kind. The apartment’s location is within walking distance of major attractions and 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame so we visited it daily. A kitchen and washer/dryer made us feel like we were home.

Saint Louis studio apartment

This is the perfect place for 2 people. Very close to the train station and many restaurants. Very easy check in and super safe area.

Great location for seeing Paris on foot or metro. Nearby shops, cheesemonger, boulangerie, small grocery store. Cafe Noir for lattes. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame, Marais, Shakespeare and Co. Grab a sandwich to eat beside the Seine. Lots of nice restos. Visit the local church, it's lovely.Bed is a fold out sofa, but quite comfortable. Bathroom is shower only, if that matters to you. We mostly ate out so kitchen was fine for our needs. Small improvements could be: a real coffee maker (not pods), some reading lights on each side of the bed. The space is a bit tight for two people for 6 nights, but it would be perfect for single. Eating is at a counter with stools, which didn't work for one of us. Not clear what to do with recycling, if anything, Would go back again. Location, location, location.

Great location and value

The local agent met us at the unit and she took the time to show me how to work all appliances which was a huge help. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed going to the local markets. We stayed 5 weeks and loved every minute of it.

On the Island

apartment was in the perfect location on Ile St Louis! Easy walk to Notre Dame, Pont Neuf, Musee d' Orsay, Louvre and on into Germain des Pres section. Great bunch of Cafes right up the street from the apartment with great views of the Seine

Charming little apartment

The location was great! A charming little apartment in the heart of Paris-close to all the fabulous Parisienne sights, but in a quiet location surrounded by cafes & restaurant! Perfect for an evening stroll along the Seine River after dinner.

Great stay in Paris

We loved the apartment on Ile Saint Louis. It was the perfect location for 4 weeks in Paris. We walked kilometres every day. Everything was close by. The island is fabulous, great coffee, restaurants, shops, perfect.

Amazing experience

Location was perfect, close to anything we needed. It was very quiet and clean and had all the amenities we hoped for. Check in with Liantsoa was very easy and she answered all our questions. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Time in Paris

Great location, near several metro stops and other transportation to get to all the sights and attractions in Paris. Lovely neighborhood, we became regulars at the St. Regis Bistro - so friendly and welcoming. Apartment is comfortable and adequately stocked. Everything you need is nearby and walking by the river to come and go is nice.
