This property is approximately 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and several entrances to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

There are several boat rental venues and marinas nearby. In addition, if the launch at the property does not suit your needs at the time of your rental, a year round free launch is available (not far by water) and about 15 minutes by car.

PET are allowed. Since VRBO does not give us the option to price per pet at booking. We will need the number of pets and their sizes prior to finalizing the pet costs. The price shown on your invoice initially will be for one pet.

This is a fluctuating lake where levels are controlled by the TN Valley Authority. These properties have year round water frontage. In the off season, the docks and the launch may not be useable but there is always bank fishing and lake views at both homes. If you have any questions about lake levels, please inquire before sending in a reservation request.
