Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² house in Saint-Viâtre to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofa and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
- Bedroom 2: two single beds forming a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful, fully enclosed, south-west-facing private garden of 4,000 m².
- An 18 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Saint-Viâtre, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as a mini-market, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery and butcher's shop.
Activities :
- Visit the châteaux of the Loire, 45 minutes away
- Hiking, cycling, swimming pool, tennis, visit to caviar de Sologn
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park inside the house (2 vehicles).
Nouan-le-Fuzelier station is 12 km away and Lamotte-Beuvron station is 13 km away.
