OceanView 3Bedroom *A/C* Waikoloa Village house, quiet neighborhood, ⛱️ gear

Our beautiful home is the perfect spot to base yourself for exploring all that Big Island Hawaii has to offer. It's at the central west coast where the best white sand beaches are within minutes of drives! Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the front porch with your morning cup of coffee, or enjoy the sunsets from the patio while grilling.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/ shower and double vanity. Enjoy the split air conditioning in the primary bedroom, ocean views and wooden carved settee.

The two guests' rooms share a bathroom with a nice views, located off the hallway, so all guests have access. One of the rooms has queen bed and portable A/C, that can be connected upon request. Another room can be set up as twins or a king room (upon request) and has new split air conditioning installed ( March , 2024)

The backyard is private and features great views of the 🌊 and 🌄 with palm trees, a and a BBQ grill to for a perfect end of the day gathering.

If you choose to work from Hawaii, we have power adjustable standing-up desk with monitor, and up to 400 mbps internet speed.

While staying in Waikoloa Village, enjoy the use of the community Robert Trent Jones golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts. The village has a full range of services including a grocery store, medical office, banking, gas station, post office, coffee shop and variety of dinning options.

Please note: Driveway is slopped , street parking options are available on a gravel pad.

Grandparents, daighter and two teenagers. We had a wonderful time and were thoroughly happy with our rental. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was lots of beach gear, and the view in the morning was stunning. Many birds sang to us!!!! We highly recommend it.

Fantastic View

The view from the front porch alone is worth the rent! Very comfortable house. House has everything you need - Well equipped kitchen, Beach gear, towels, etc. AC works great, or you can open the windows and get a great breeze as it sits up on a hill. The owners are very responsive. This is our 4th time staying in this property, and every time we stay they address any suggestions we have made on our previous stay. We have relatives within walking distance, so the location is perfect for us. We'll be back.

Quiet neighborhood, with nice views.

Overall loved our stay at this property, it was very well kept with beautiful views. Very quiet neighborhood but so quiet that you had the neighbors out trimming and mowing everyday . House was very clean, first night we found a small little geico hanging out in the shower but we’re on an island! Struggled getting Roku in master bedroom and ended up having to use our fire stick instead, both tv remotes needed batteries replace. All minor little things that didn’t ruin our stay one bit. Only thing that I felt was an inconvenience was the smoke decector in the master bedroom going off several times after coming out of the bathroom shower with the fan running. Opened the window in the bathroom along with keeping the bathroom door shut and the fan running seemed to help. Driveway is steep but enough room at the top to get turned around. Loved having crockpot and all kitchen supplies you needed to help make easy meals for the week.

Wonderful space for a group of six

Bluffs is a great property in a quiet neighborhood a short distance (~6 miles) from the coast. It has a lovely commanding review of ocean and a volcano. The house is totally stocked with everything you need to cook and play in the water. Tetyana was super responsive. Overall, a great place to stay on the Kailua-Kona side of the Big Island.

Excellent location Stunning Views

This is a wonderful property to enjoy. Its located within 22-30 minute drive of the best Kona side beaches. 20 minutes drive to the Waimea farmers markets for supplies and 5 minutes away from KTA grocery store. The views from this home are stunning sunrise to sunset. Its exceptionally clean, well laid out and has all the amenities. Our family really enjoyed tge putdoor dining area and grill. When coming home from the beach the outdoor shower is lovely and greatly reduces the chances of sand making it into the home. You will love your stay here.

Beautiful Views

This home sits "on top of the world" with the most amazing view of the ocean. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This home has everything you need for the beach. The kitchen is well stocked to be able to make meals to eat at home and take lunches with you on your adventures. The location is great for exploring Kona and close to the hwy to Hilo as well. The home has A/C to keep you cool as well. I would definitely stay here again.

3 Generations Family Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed three weeks at this home. Wonderful, peaceful neighborhood, and the views can't be beat! Fun bonus was having the private side yard with ample seating, bbq, ocean/sunset view, and the occasional curious gecko visitor. The kitchen and baths were well stocked, and for those beach days: chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels, toys, snorkle gear and boogie boards. We all loved our time together here! Adding one or two more chairs in the main living room would be a thoughtful addition though!

Perfect location away from the crowded resort areas, amazing views, and plenty of room for a family of 5. Was very nice, clean, and had just about everything we could need away from home.

Great location and good for kids

The location is great and the home was set up with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need. It was great for kids because there wasnt too much decor that we needed to put away but there was enough to make it look homey. I would definitely book this property again!

Big Island Paradise

Fantastic Property that accommodated our family of 4 in finest style and comfort! The owners are fantastic and communicated clearly, making sure our needs were met even providing four new sets of snorkeling gear. Gorgeous location overlooking the Kohala Coast sunsets, breaching whales, with cooling breezes the norm on outdoor dining area and lanai.

Very Nice!

This was a very nice stay and the perfect location. The house has every necessity covered with only a couple things extra that would have fit us better. With 4 adults the living area and porch just don’t have enough seating and a place to play games or visit. We really enjoyed the large dining table and the patio area. The outdoor shower isn’t private so that was a disappointment. Highly recommend that you stay here though.

Nice place in Waikoloa Village

Fun time at the property. The house is modern and has useful amenities. Place was typically quiet and relaxed. Recommended for future travelers looking for a nice relaxing getaway. Come with a car that’s built for hills in the area as a travelers tip. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay

We stayed here for the holidays while visiting family in Waikoloa Village. The house was as pictured with a lovely view. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, boogie board, sand toys) and the outdoor shower. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with check in. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to lovely beaches. Would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

This property exceeded all of our needs. Initial thoughts: Nice little residential neighborhood that was very quiet and peaceful. Neighborhood market, gas, and dining options down the hill. Steep driveway leading up to a perfectly positioned home with a large porch and sweeping views of the ocean and village below. Beautiful landscaping as well. The home was clean and was a perfect set-up for our family of five: Myself/spouse, grandma, and 2 kids age 16 and 9. There were wonderful outdoor dining and relaxing areas with beautiful views. The sunsets here were incredible! We really enjoyed eating dinner under the gazebo and soaking in the view and vibes. Beach gear: One thing that almost prevented me from booking this property is I was not sure if there was beach gear. This place had it all: beach chairs, mats, snorkeling gear, towels, umbrella, tent, boogie boards, cooler bags, and more. Kitchen: Had everything we needed including a rice maker, toaster, coffee pot, and complete sets of dishes. There were seasonings and other miscellaneous items for cooking. Fridge has an ice maker and water. Living room: We were able to stream our favorite programs via the xbox but did not spend much time in here. The couch is a pull-out bed as well but we did not use it. Bathrooms: Stocked with necessities such as TP, hairdryer, hand soap, and towels. Some first aid and shower items provided as well. Having the 2 bathrooms was necessary for our family. Bedrooms: Beds were comfortable and linen all smelled very fresh/felt new. Clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping options. The closets had baby items as well (playpen/car seat). The master bedroom has a sit/stand desk with an extra monitor making it easy to handle business. TV in the master and queen bedroom. Hangers and robes, plenty of closet/dresser space. Other: There were games and books. I really enjoyed reading "Hawaii, The Big Island Revealed" and recommend it! We visited many places from the book and the advise was on point. This was our first time to this island so it was a great help. Communication: Owner was responsive and provided all the info we needed. Very easy! Overall, I highly recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Great Rental House

Second time staying here. The location for us is perfect. (We can walk to friends and relatives who live in WV.) Well equipped and clean house in a quiet location. Gorgeous views from the front deck.

Amazing views

Great house about 20 minutes from the beach and resorts. Amazing sunsets!!! Driveway is quite sloped, but once you get used to it there's no problem. About 45 minutes from Kona.

Great experience!

This is a great location for the big Island and easy to drive to all the major attractions. The manager was really quick to provide help and feedback. We had a super late arrival and they even made sure there were a few things in the fridge for breakfast the next day. Great experience!
