This beautiful home has a rooftop deck with awesome water views, ideal for your next summer vacation. Guests will have a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry in the bathrooms, a decorated screened porch, a shady, enclosed area great for kids to play in the sand and out of the sun, and more. This charming, semi-oceanfront beach house is truly a breath of fresh air. Walk directly across the street to access the beach or enjoy terrific ocean sounds and views right from the deck or the screened porch. The bright and inviting Key West island-style decor will quickly make this home your favorite choice! An open layout makes this home perfect for two or three families to share!

Relax in the enormous in-ground pool, on the newly expanded deck, or on the comfy screened porch, or enjoy the huge shaded area under the house. When you've had your fill of the sun, this space will give you cooling shade to relax in the hammock or to just simply enjoy the cool ocean breeze. You'll have TVs in all the bedrooms, a large LCD TV in the family room, Blu-ray and DVD players with lots of DVDs, an XBOX360, free WiFi, a highchair, a Pack 'n Play, a dining booster seat, baby gates, a private washer/dryer, a hammock, a private gas grill, and an extra full-sized refrigerator downstairs.

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location. Great house.

We loved the house. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the house on several occasions. The house is wonderfully stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. It had everything we needed. Lots of beach/pool things, coolers, etc. at the property for us to use. Any time I reached out about an issue (internet/cable being out, pool being dirty, etc.) someone responded immediately and they sent someone right away. The house was a little dirty when we arrived. The house could definitely have been cleaned better. It just felt like the cleaning service did a very rapid cleaning and overlooked things (beer cans on the porch, dirty glass door, sand on the couch, etc) . However, we just cleaned when we first arrived.

A Key West Heart

Worked perfectly for our family of five and small dog. We really enjoyed our stay and the distance to the beach is very close. Quiet evening walks and very safe community. Restaurant within walking distance if needed. Pool was clean and useable for us, we were in the pool daily. Pool cleaner came by mid week on Wednesday when I was grilling and we just exited the pool but was not a huge problem. We continued with enjoying our day and returned to a cleaner pool an hour later. Very comfy beds but they get sandy if you don’t wipe your feet often. Sand and salt life, it was very nice. Would certainly recommend and return in the future if possible.

Beautiful beach home

The location can’t be beat- right across from the ocean with views from large windows and two decks with furniture to relax on. We even saw some dolphins while looking out of the windows. The home has plenty of dishes for cooking and baking - although well used. It is an older home but was clean. It seems Vacasa has made this a priority and texted a request for a review the day we arrived to make sure it was clean. We really felt like we were on vacation here in a residential beach area and yet grocery stores are only about 15 minutes away. We would stay again!

Perfect Christmas on the beach. It was clear and a beautiful 61 degrees on Christmas. Such a site waking up with our Christmas tree infront of such a wonderful back drop of the beach. A holiday to remember!

lots of issues

you did send out the pool crew to clean the debris from the pool and fix the filter - we appreciate that - It is unfortunate that the tv in the basement bedroom never worked and most importantly, I was promised a $184.67 refund for "a pet fee" which you acknowledged we would not have - starting on May 12th - Please issue the refund to my credit card or mail me a check with my deposit refund - ASAP - or however you normally handle these typed of errors - Bob **********, *******@*****.com, cell **********

Location is great, house needs work

The location was excellent and deck space was great. The condition of the house though was very subpar and not what anyone would expect for nearly 10,000 dollars. The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and was filled with sand and two dead crabs (we took care of this ourselves). The house itself appeared as well to have either not been cleaned or very poorly so. The refrigerator had hair and crumbs in it and the floor/couch were covered in sand. The condition itself of the house was not expected based on the pictures. Nothing has been updated for years and the bathroom cabinets/kitchen cabinets need serious work/updating. Everything was a little banged up. The bed sizes also seem off, the king bed was accurate as was the double and twins. The other two rooms did NOT have queen size beds they were full or double. The outdoor cushions were also ripped. Overall I would have been happy to stay here as a young adult but its not suitable for a family with young children. We have been taking beach vacations every year for the last 10+ years including staying at another home one row back in Virginia beach 2 years ago. That home cost less per week in July with equal amenities and was significantly better. This was a learning experience for me, apparently you need to by pass homes listed as “charming” and focus on those with “luxury” titles to get what you are paying for. A side note the downstairs shower which actually had been updated produces lukewarm water in the shower. Its a shame because the location is so great for about 25,000 in updates and repairs this place wouls be really great and would justify the cost much more. The owner clearly doesn’t care and it shows.

Upon arrival we found the pool with about 3 inches of sand in the bottom and unusable. Management knew we were going to utilize the pool because I call and discussed it with them a week before arrival. It took a couple days before they could get someone out there to clean the pool. This should have been done days before check in. Also the sand had covered the driveway and steps. I think there was a storm the week before we checked in causing the sand issues but again, the management company should have handled it to make it suitable for rent. I had to shovel sand as if it were snow. An army of ants showed up on day 4 and were there when we left. I had to throw out a lot of food. Also the water filter in the refrigerator was leaking and I also had food damaged from that. I loved the view and location of the unit. All the outside deck furniture was great except all the cushions were dirty and moldy. The furniture in the screened in porch was disgusting and should have been thrown away and replaced a couple years ago. The exterior of the house was also disgusting. There were cobwebs everywhere, dead bugs and bug droppings stuck to the siding around all the lights. There was also loose flashing and rotted wood on the eves. Note to owner: I do like to clean up after myself. There is a cupboard by the front door that is unlocked. If you could a broom, dust mop and dust pan in there, I’m sure it could get used by those who like to clean up a bit. This would be a gorgeous property with a little TLC. Maybe put a couple of those large plastic storage containers for all the cushions and pillows to keep them clean and dry, also the rusted out grills need replaced. I would stay here again it all of these issues were addressed m.

Location, location, location

Best reason to stay here. Directly across from beach access way. Overall, comfortable, good for people with kids/family. Lots to do, beach toys, pool toys, games, puzzles. House needs a little bit of TLC, but rooftop views of sunrise/sunset unbeatable.

Great House/Property Needs Work

Loved the size of the house and the decor. Could have used a much better cleaning especially the refrigerator and the floors! Outside shower and pool area is a mess. Dirty diaper, overgrown weeds and the table is not useable and is missing the umbrella. Sand area by the entrance is overrun with ants.

Good place

Great location with beach access directly across the street. Large pool, large deck space, easy parking, great kitchen with beach views and all necessary kitchen utensils. Communication with property management was super easy and effective. Only negatives were outdoor shower was unusable and property could use some landscaping improvements.

Perfect Family Beach House

This is a beautifully situated home with perfect views of sunrise & sunset from the top deck.Beach access is directly across the street .The kitchen is very well stocked with all things you could need for cooking a wonderful dinner. The house has plenty of room for families to spread out .

Great house, great location, great views

Great house and just a few steps away from the beach. The oversized pool makes it great for large groups. 15 mins or so from great places to eat and shopping. Instacart will deliver! The only downside is you have to go to their location to pick up and drop off keys -- not a huge deal, but an extra step. Housekeeping was an 8; a few things were missed, but nothing major. Communication from property management was stellar! House was loaded with all items you will need for a great stay.

Perfect place for Family & Friends

Great layout, lots of space and many different sitting areas to relax! Beautiful views of the water. Only thing that would have made it better was if the pool was open, wish that would have been clarified prior. A place I would definitely consider going back to stay later in the year.

Wonderful trip

We really enjoyed our stay! Home was clean & beds were very comfortable. The bay and ocean views were wonderful & it was relaxing to sit on the various porches. Beach access across the street was convenient. Would definitely recommend.
