The game room boasts finished wood floors, a large-screen TV, a beautiful slate pool table, comfy seating, and a half bath to service the game room and pool area. The owners of this 4,000-square-foot, semi-oceanfront beauty have continually made improvements, upgrades, and changes to enhance your vacation experience. The owners are proud to share their slice of Sandbridge paradise with you. The house's other features include a private pool and a massive, second-floor, wrap-around sun deck both with lots of deck furniture. There is a fabulous party gazebo located poolside that offers its own refrigerator and plenty of bar stools for those who want a break from the sun. Enjoy cooking up some barbecue with the grill located next to the gazebo and hot tub. Is the ocean calling you? Convenient beach access is located right across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
