This beautiful house, designed to accommodate up to 8 people, offers generous volumes and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for sharing moments of relaxation and conviviality by the sea.
A comfortable, spacious, and perfectly equipped interior
On the ground floor, the villa opens onto an entrance with a wardrobe, leading to a beautiful bright living room, equipped with a television, ideal for getting together after a day at the beach.
The fully fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, hood and necessary daily equipment) also has its television, offering real comfort during family or friends meals.
A true asset of the house: a large veranda, fitted with a living room and games, perfect for relaxing in any season. You will also find a laundry room with a large freezer, washing machine and dryer, separate toilets, as well as a ground floor bedroom with a 160 bed, wardrobe, television and private bathroom, ideal for more comfort and privacy.
