This Blackstone district condo is nestled in a quiet historic neighborhood while still walking distance to bars and restaurants. It is just a short drive to downtown and midtown Omaha as well. The second floor condo features a gas fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and a sunny enclosed patio. There is ample street parking but this booking also comes with a single space in the parking lot behind the building. Responsible pet owners are welcome. Some stairs are required to reach this unit.
Remember to include your pets on the reservation as there is a one time pet fee.

Staycation

We were sharing a week with our granddaughter. This location was perfect for so many activites. It is a quiet neighborhood and close to so much. I would highly recommended it.

Charming timeless condo

Midtown condo in nice, well-kept neighborhood. Close to so many amenities - Med center, Blackstone, Duchesne Academy, Joslyn Castle, restaurants, etc. Whatever you need can likely be found within a few blocks. The enclosed sun porch is very relaxing - it's where I spent most of my time here. The owner is amazing - very responsive and helpful.

Great find!

Really happy with our stay! We were in an excellent area that made driving around Omaha really easy. The host was excellent with communication. The house stayed nice and cool during a 90 degree week. The kids also loved the little sunroom area.

Neighborhood Charm

My first time using a rental in this capacity-so Megan has set the bar. Meg's response time to all my inquiries were immediate and she helped with travel distances to places i needed to go frequently-time/distance. Place is exactly how it looks-but cuter-nice hardwood floors-beautiful sitting room off the main room-nice gully kitchen-so much more than what I had expected. Great location too. I came here for training and would def. rent from Megan again.

Property was super clean, close to all. Be sure to take in the Cathedral and Castle...beautiful. understand that this is an old property....so small kitchen and bath. And be aware there is no elevator. None of those issues would prevent me from staying there again. I loved the area and the apartment and would definitely stay thete again! aagain.

My husband and son traveled to Omaha for the MCWS and this condo was a great location for the last few days. Close to the airport, close to the field, and overall great area. They enjoyed their stay and had zero complaints.

My husband and I booked this for the weekend. We loved the screened in porch and location in a historic neighborhood. We almost booked a property downtown and I’m so glad we didn’t because we drove by after dinner and there was a lot of street noise. It was very quiet at this property.

This was a cute little apartment, perfect for my son and myself for a college visit weekend. Everything we needed was available - and apartment was located in a beautiful historic area. Minutes from Creighton and great restaurants! Easy rental process throughout!

Nice place w/ easy access to downtown Omaha

We were two adults in town to attend our sons' youth baseball tournaments in Council Bluffs. Location is in a nice neighborhood with older, larger historic looking homes w/ lots of trees. Street parking and dedicated parking available. Unit is one of 6(?) in a building. Unit does require going up some narrow stairs so keep that in mind. Unit was clean w/ some kitchen and bath amenities provided e.g. coffee, popcorn, tea, creamer, (missing sugar), towels, shampoo/conditioner/body soap. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was ample. Separate dining room w/ table to work or eat at. Small sitting room off living room to sit/work on laptop. Narrow kitchen and hallway to get to bedrooms and bathroom. Mattress was comfortable, pillows mixed reviews - I thought they were fine - buddy said he wished would've brought his own. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Overhead lighting bright but a little harsh (LED). Nightstand lamps (2/bedroom) and floor lamp in dining room were better (softer lighting). Maybe need one more lamp in living room. Unit was conveniently located w/ easy access to downtown and the highway. Neighborhood felt safe. Some sounds from neighboring unit (e.g. TV, walking) but nothing too bad. Easy check-in, check-out process and immediate communication responses w/ owner. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt pricing was very fair. Nothing super fancy. Clean, basic, comfortable accommodations. Just keep in mind the narrow one flight of stairs if you're mobility limited. I would stay here again in the future.
