Cocoonr agency offers this bright 36 m² flat for rent in Saint-Nazaire, about 500 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, dining area and
double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, pod coffee maker, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190), desk and dressing area
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in a quiet, residential area of Saint-Nazaire. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
Activities:
- Villes Martin beach, around 500 m away
- Saint-Nazaire beach
- Les Escales Festival
- Numerous visits offered by St Nazaire renversante (liner, museum, cruise, sailing school)
- Visit the surrounding area: coastal paths, Pornichet, La Baule, St Brevin and Pornic (30 minutes)

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
