Welcome, and thank you for considering our 12th floor condo for your vacation home!

Note: There is a one-time fee of 45.00 per parking pass that is not included in the condo rental amount.

Our goal is to create a clean, fun, comfortable, memory making destination for your stay in the desirable, refreshing West PCB! The spacious living area and private balcony have a full view of the Gulf, giving you a front row seat to the striking sunsets! We’re right on the water with easy private beach access! Simply wake up, grab your gear and hop in one of our 3 newly renovated elevators to ride to the ground floor and the beach is right there! Enjoy the spectacular views of the emerald green water, soft sugary white sand, building sandcastles and recreating!

Very convenient and accommodating room. Lots of nice extras in the condo that met all our needs. Close to the elevator- easy to get in and out. Especially enjoyed the balcony and overlook of the ocean.

The property was easily accessible right next to the elevators. It was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. They have a couple of baskets with various items you might not think you would need with a note that says help yourself which was a nice touch. The king bed was comfortable I slept like a baby every night.

1st time in Panama City Beach

Everything was great. Host had lots of kitchen essentials you sometimes forget…storage bags, extra trash bags, etc. as a coffee drinker I was disappointed the coffee maker wasn’t the best. Probably should assess and clean after every visit. And lastly, elevator traffic. One Elevator was out when we arrived and then another elevator went out Tuesday evening. It took over 15 minutes to get an elevator. I would stay here again if we visited Panama City. Overall great place to stay

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and came with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The property was very clean and cozy. Beds were super comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time! Condo was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was also the most well-stocked. It was stocked with thoughtful things that most renters need but forget. Also the beach gear was very nice and good quality. We also enjoyed the beach service, and the guys were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful condo

The condo had everything you need for a good stay. The only bad part was they were grinding down the concrete walk ways during the day and the noise was very loud.

Best condo yet

We have been to PCB several times and this has been far the best condo we have stayed in. It was extremely clean, bed very comfortable and stocked with all the little things that one may have forgotten to bring. The condo furnished everything from books to games to outside chairs. The only issue we had was when we came in for lunch the first day, there was someone there painting the balcony. I understand they may have to do things like that while the condo is rented but it would have been nice to have heads up. We will definitely rent this condo again!

We haven’t been to PCB in 12 years. It was so nice to come back, especially staying in our condo! It was so clean and had EVERYTHING we needed and more! Love PCB and hope to be back sooner than later!

Awesome location

This is the second year we’ve stayed at the Celadon. It’s perfect for families. It’s located on the west end away from all the crowds. The condo was stocked with basic essentials and had everything I needed to cook. My only complaint was the mattress topper in the master was very uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very clean and well stocked condo

We have stayed in a lot of beach condos. This has to be one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was also very nicely decorated and had every supply we needed or wanted. Very well done. The beach service was great but the condo also had beach supplies in the unit. The entire complex was clean and orderly.

Love this Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach and this condo made it even better! It was decorated so cute with all the beach theme decor, clean, and perfect size for our family of 5! We loved everything about it! Something that really caught my attention were the extras she kept in case you forget to bring something like trash bags, hand soap, fully furnished kitchen with all the necessities to cook a meal, and so much more! We loved the location and how it wasn’t too crowded and didn’t have trouble finding a spot at the beach or parking spot in the deck like most places we have stayed. Elevators worked great and it’s just a low key nice and convenient condo! We will be staying here again!

Best Condo in PCB

This is an amazing condo. Very clean and has everything you can think of. Baskets under the sink with feminine products, bandaids, epsom salts. Board games and books for rainy days or night. Condo had so many complimentary items. Its feels like youre staying at an extension of home.

Loved it!

My husband and I brought our two young daughters down for a last minute trip. We couldn’t had been happier with this condo. It is decorated beautifully as well as very clean. The owner does a great job making you feel at home.
