Celadon #207 - 1 BR 2 BA + Hall Bunks

Celadon 207 is a great beachfront rental vacation condo for families and friends to enjoy during a Panama City Beach Florida trip. The oceanfront condo has 1 Bedroom with a king size bed and private bath. The common area has a comfortable den space, twin hallway bunks beds and a sleeper sofa. This low floor waterfront Celadon condominium can sleep up to 6 people.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from the low floor beachfront balcony located on the "Most beautiful beaches in the World" in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Celadon complex has a beachside pool as well as a pool and hot tub located across the street at the parking complex. Beach Chairs can be rented from the beach kiosk or guest can bring their own. Celadon is located near Inlet Beach and 30A shopping and restaurants and is close to Pier Park and the PCB shopping area also.
The condo is a non-smoking rental unit and no pets allowed (Service Animals are always welcomed).
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Once you book our PCB vacation rental condo you will be provided with a website to go online and register for a digital parking pass $45 for the length of your stay. Parking registrations are valid for 30 days.

Overall, a great place to stay. Last of the high rises on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are an additional fee; included with some of the other units. We did fine with the basic essentials the condo provided and appreciated being on the 2nd floor for easy access to the parking garage and elevator to the ground floor to the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

This property is very nice. I LOVE that there was not a lot of Knick knacks everywhere yet the decor was very tasteful. Super clean and comfortable. 2nd floor location very convenient to parking and less elevator time. We will be back!

Unit was wonderful and was basically comparable to other units I’ve stayed in there! This one had nice updated bathroom vanity and kitchen! It did need additional towel racks or hooks to hang items!

Floor was dirty, no oven mitts, washer would not spin dry clothes, alerted owner who said they would get a hold of maintenance who never came out and we had to find a laundry mat, no follow up from owner. A smart TV would have been nice instead of just local cable TV. Beach view as very nice.

Second floor room was great being close to bridge to parking deck. Room was clean and had all the basics we needed. Perfect location on the quieter west end of PCB.

Very pleased

Quiet location, great room, quick access to the overhead tunnel pass to the parking deck, love the pool that is half under shade and half sun, quick responses to texts or emails. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Relaxing Stay!

Great vacation spot! Very clean and nicely appointed condo with fabulous balcony to enjoy ocean viewing. Location is very convenient and access to restaurants, stores, etc is awesome. Would love a SMART TV, blackout curtains in bedroom and ice cream scoop :) Don't wait! Book this great condo now!

Great little getaway

Beautiful condo, super clean. The only thing i would change is the bed, super uncomfortable, very cheap, it makes noise when moving around in it. To me a good nights sleep is very very important.

We enjoyed our stay! Owner was responsive and quick to answer any questions. Condo was comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a long weekend away. Easy access to the beach and food. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back.

Goods and some little bads

The cleaning crew and Cort, both were quick to reply and laid out everything needed to gain access into the condo. It wasn’t bad but did not know the layout of the buildings and where to park but an actual resident was kind and pointed the way. The parking for guests is across the street and in an parking garage. There’s a enclosed bridge on the second level to walk across to get to the other side. The room from first glance is what is depicted on the website but the floors were dirty. No getting around the black soot on our feet’s after our first shower and walking barefoot. What is strange is the floors are covered in a faux linoleum that’s super thin and shows the floor is uneven. Walking around the unit was an odd feeling as it appears the concrete was poured in waves like big ripples in the floor and is apparent when the lights are on. The sofa is typical beach rental, worn out, smells like sweat and funk and sticky. The bed is again typical beach rental bed which is super stiff and firm but plenty of pillows to prop yourself up in. The TV’s are very old in the bedroom and living area with the living area TV speakers are hoofed or blown from what was renters over years playing loud music but we didn’t come to watch TV. The main shower has some issues with leaking and rot around the seals and baseboards. Directly above that shows of the upstairs unit leaking down into our unit at some point. This Condo had everything to make our week so comfortable. The view could not be better. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. Communication with Cort was great. He answered our questions right away. We are hoping stay again.

Perfect!

This place is wonderful! It’s important for me on vacations to stay in nice areas, nice hotels/condos and beach front and this unit had it all! EXTREMELY clean, amazing location, just a quick trip down the elevator, and you’re on the beach. The Kitchen is roomy and wonderful to cook dinners in when you don’t want to go out, and the view while cooking is stunning. Host is great to work with and responds very quickly. We will definitely be back! Made some great family memories!
