Perfect condo with great beach access

We really enjoyed the condo. It was so clean, organized and nicely decorated. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. Ed was great to work with and communicated quickly when i had question. Check in and check out was simple. I liked that we could walk over to the JW and go to all of their bars and restaurants as well. Great stay , would highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

We had a great 3 night stay at this condo. Location was perfect for beach access and the wedding we attended across the street at the JW Marriott. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. You will find everything you need whether you are cooking a meal or going to the beach. Host made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Marco get away

We haven’t been to Marco for 4 years. It was great being in a central location close to fun bars and restaurants. The best part was having beach access right across the street. The heated pool was a plus. Would definitely stay again

Good Choice

We enjoyed 3 days in Marco. The condo worked out well - fresh, clean, and well supplied. Better than the pictures. Great location for public beach access and restaurants at JW Marriott.

Fall getaway

We arrived at our condo just as Helene was heading up the Florida Gulf coast. Fortunately Marco Island missed the brunt of the storm but a lot of places weren't open so we did spend a lot of time in the condo. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, and very bright and charming, which made it a lot easier to spend more time indoors than we normally would. After 2 days we were finally able to get to the beach and were happy for the close and easy beach access that is located across the street. Our host Ed was very helpful and very responsive to all questions that we had. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marco Island.

Only stayed for one night. Accommodations were lovely, very clean and easy accessibility to apartment. Location was close to everything with direct beach access across the street. Communication with the host appeared to be programmed with automated updates being sent to guests. Once we arrived, we reached out to the host, Ed, in real time without a return response or acknowledgement; not very professional

Very enjoyable

As advertised. Ed supplied the required gate and room codes just before our trip and responded timely to any of our inquiries. The beach is literally a five minute walk right across the road. Wonderfully located with shops and restaurants minutes away by car but walkable weather permitting. Only suggestion I would have is bring a fan if you don’t want to listen to the ac unit running. Definitely would stay here again but not in the summer as it is way too hot and humid outside in September (cool inside). The outdoor pool was very clean and wonderful respite from the heat when it was too hot to walk to the beach. All the personal care products and coffee supplied. Very clean and perfectly kept. Thank you Ed.

Gem in the middle of it all!

This place is an absolute gem in the middle of everything in Marco Island. I wish I could give it more stars; the place was immaculate and I could easily walk across the street to my conference. Definitely staying here again!
